Study On Coordinated Development Of Regional Economy And Ecological Environment In Jiangxi Province Based On Set Pair Analysis

In the process of economic globalization,China's economy has developed rapidly and has made remarkable achievements.While economic growth,China's environmental quality is also declining,Chinese live quality is also greatly affected.In recent years,the Party center has asked all local government to maintain developing economy and environment coordinated.Therefore,it is important to carry out the research on the coordinated development of economy and environment.The environmental quality level of Jiangxi province is high,but its economic development level is not high.The country hopes Jiangxi province realize the importance of the coordinated development of economy and environment.Therefore,to study the coordinated development of regional economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi province is of practical significance.Based on the data from the years 2005 to 2015 in Jiangxi Province,based on the economic system through index,the analysis constructs the evaluation system of regional economy and ecological environment coordinated development level,including four dimensions,which is economic scale,industrial structure,economic benefit,the economic vitality,the ecological environment system including four dimensions,which is environmental pressure,environmental management,environmental protection,green construction;Firstly,this paper test the reliability and validity of the system,the numerical test results show that the internal consistency of the Department of regional economic subsystem and environment subsystem.The index system is higher,this paper constructs the evaluation index system has certain reliability.Secondly,this paper uses the entropy method to calculate the weight of index,and then analyzes the coordinated development in the region through the model.Finally,Set Pair Analysis was used on regional coordinated development trend of change.Research results show:(1)Overall,the economic and ecological environment development level in Jiangxi Province showed an upward trend from years 2005 to 2015.The level of economic development increased year by year,and the gap between economic and environmental development was gradually narrowing.The degree of coordinated development between economy and environment has increased from low level to higher level,but the growth rate has been decreasing.The coordinated development of economy and environment developed from the low level to the high level,coordinated development level developed from the six level gradually increased to two in the years of 2005 to 2010,the state developed from the brink of dysfunctional economic lag into good coordination economic lag.(2)For the economic development index of each index value,the degree of value connection is constantly increasing,in the years of 2005 to 2010,the situation was anti connectivity,once the opposite situation is transformed into the same situation,the state of situation will present trend until 2015.(3)In the city,the economic and environmental coordinated development level of Xinyu city and Nanchang City is relatively high,which both are the first grade;the development of coordination in Jingdezhen city and Pingxiang city and Jiujiang higher degree are the second echelon;the level of coordinated development of Yingtan City,Yichun City,Ji'an City,Ganzhou City,Fuzhou city and Shangrao city was low level in third grade,the coordinated development showed different and gradient state.Finally,this paper analyzes the results of the study to points out the possibility of economic and environmental development in Jiangxi Province,and further more puts forward the improvement measures.Jiangxi province should maintain the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment,actively exploit the advantages of regional economy and environment,and promote region to develop mutually.
