Coordinated Development Of Regional Economy And Ecological Environment In Feixi County,Anhui Province

In regional economy,county economy is a kind of regional economy in the smallest scope.This kind of economy mainly relies on small towns,and promotes the development of local advantageous industries in the direction of specialization,scale,aggregation,specialization and industrialization by giving full play to local resource advantages,thus forming a regional economy with strong competitiveness and radiating power.Feixi County is located in the middle of Anhui Province,southwest of Hefei City.In recent years,Feixi County has made continuous efforts to promote the economic development situation,but at the same time,various environmental pollution and ecological degradation have started to become increasingly serious.Therefore,how to promote further coordination between economy and ecological environment while maintaining the rapid development of regional economy in Feixi County has become an important issue that must be effectively addressed in the process of social and economic development in Feixi County.In response to the contradictions and problems manifested in the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment in Feixi County,the following research is conducted in this paper.(1)Through the survey to obtain data,we quantified and analyzed the basic situation of economic development and ecological environmental protection in Feixi County during 2012-2019,and found that Feixi County has made certain achievements in both economic construction and ecological environmental protection during this period,but of course,there are also certain problems.In terms of economic construction,the economic structure of Feixi County is still unreasonable and unbalanced,and the industrial development is not strong enough,and the economic development of each county is still not balanced;in terms of ecological environment construction,the total industrial emissions of some industries are still high and have a great impact on the ecological environment.(2)By evaluating the basic situation of the coordination between economic development and ecological environment in Feixi County from various aspects,it is found that during the period of 2012-2019,the comprehensive level of economic development in Feixi County has generally shown a basic trend of continuous increase,while the comprehensive level of ecological environment quality in the county has experienced a certain magnitude of fluctuating oscillation,and the coordinated development of economic and ecological economy The level of coordinated economic and ecological-economic development has basically maintained a continuous upward trend and is now basically at the stage of good coordinated development,but this coordinated development actually belongs to an ecological and environmental lagging type.At the same time,the economic development and ecological environment construction of the 10 towns in the county have not been synchronized,and there are objectively more obvious differences in the level of coordinated economic and ecological environment development in different counties.(3)Through specific analysis of the causes of the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment in Feixi County,the following aspects are found:first,the awareness of the county government and the public in the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment is still relatively weak;second,the economic development of the county is still a rough economic development model in general;third,some enterprises lack effective innovation in production methods,and the ability to use various advanced The fourth is the lack of effective and perfect ecological and environmental governance and supervision system.(4)In order to better promote-the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment in Feixi County,the county should take some optimized countermeasures as follows:first,the county should pay attention to and strengthen the publicity and education on the importance of coordinated development of economy and ecological environment,and effectively promote the continuous improvement of the concept and awareness of the government and the public on the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment in the county;second,the county needs to formulate and implement a basic strategy for the coordinated development of county economy;third,the county needs to establish and implement an effective mechanism for the coordinated development of county economy and ecological environment;fourth,the county should vigorously adjust the industrial structure of the county,and promote the transformation and upgrading of county industries so that the county’s economy can be improved.Third,the county needs to
