Three kinds of ultra-fine full-vulcanized powered styrene butadiene rubber(UFPSBR),DB-26,DB-50,DB-60,and one kind of ultra-fine full-vulcanized powered nitrile rubber(UFPNBR),DJ-26,were prepared to modify two kinds of tread rubber composites,ESBR/NR/carbon black tread rubber composites,SSBR/BR/silica tread rubber composites.On the one hand,macromolecular structure,crosslinking density and loadings of two kinds of UFPSBR,DB-50 and DB-60,were used to study the effects of UFPSBR on the skid-resistance performance of the ESBR/NR/carbon black tread rubber composites.On the other hand,macromolecular structure,loadings and polarity of DB-26,DB-50,DB-60 and DJ-26 were studied on the effects on the skid-resistance performance of SSBR/BR/silica composites.Dynamic mechanical properties,surface properties,vulcanization characteristics and physical mechanical performance of the ESBR/NR/carbon black tread composites and SSBR/BR/silica tread composites were studied in this paper,especially for the studing of the wet skid-resistance and dry skid resistance of the tyre tread composites.The research on physical and mechanical properties showed that UFPSBR could obviously improve the wear-resisting performance of UFPR/ESBR/NR/carbon black and UFPR/SSBR/BR/silica tread compound composite materials(Abrasion resistance is increased by 66%)and improve the service life of the tread rubber composites.Meanwhile,UFPSBR could reduce the compression fatigue temperature-rise of UFPR/SSBR/BR/silica tread rubber composites(Compression fatigue temperature-rise is reduced by 25%),and improve the security of speeding cars.The thermodynamic properties showed that DB-50 could improve the wet-skid resistance of UFPR/ESBR/NR/carbon black tread rubber composites.With the increase of UFPSBR particles additive amount and radiation dose,the wet-skid resistance is improved more significantly.DB-2612 phr,DB-5012 phr,the DJ-2612 phr could simultaneously improve the tan ?(0oC)of UFPR/SSBR/BR/silica tread rubber composites,which can improve the wet-skid resistance of tread rubber.The studies of surface wettability of tread rubber composite material showed that UFPSBR could improve the water infiltration of UFPR/ESBR/NR/carbon black tread rubber composites.With the increase of radiation dose of UFPR,the water contact angle of tread composites increases(The water contact angle is reduced by 56o),which indicates that the infiltrating performance decreases,and the water film effect is also reduced.Therefore,the wet-skid resistance of the tread composites is reduced.The DB-26,DB-50 and DB-60 particles could significantly improve the water infiltration of UFPR/SSBR/BR/Silica tread rubber composites.Meanwhile,the micro roughness and the ability of pricking water film of UFPR/SSBR/BR/Silica composites were both reinforced by UFPR particles,which can improve the wet-skid resistance of UFPR/SSBR/BR/silica tread compound composite material.At the same time,the greater surface micro roughness of UFPR/ESBR/NR/carbon black tread rubber composite material,the smaller the water contact angle,the higher the wet-skid resistance.The research on microscopic roughness,dynamic and static friction coefficient of tread rubber composite material showed that the DB-603 phr could improve the friction coefficient of the UFPR/SSBR/BR/silica composite materials,so as to improve the dry sliding resistance of the material.The thermodynamic properties showed that UFPR particles could improve the tread rubber composites tan ?(30 oC)values,which improved the dry-skid resistance(Dry-skid resistance is increased by 64%).And with the increase of radiation dose and dosage,the dry-skid resistance of the tread rubber composites increases obviously.UFPSBR could increase the dry sliding resistance of UFPR/SSBR/BR/silica composite materials(Dry-skid resistance is increased by 37%),and with the increase of the content of styrene,dry-skid resistance increased.
