The rubber filling oil used in the process of the tire is mainly used to improve the processing performance of the rubber material, also improve the compatibility between the rubber and the filler, and reduce the production cost.However, the aromatic hydrocarbon containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the environment can be dispersed into the environment, the health of the human body is extremely serious carcinogenic hazard. But polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons contained in aromatic oil can be dispersed into the environment, which is harmful to human health. In recent years, the EU has issued a policy directive prohibiting the use of aromatic oil in tire production, and then the development of TDAE as a substitute for aromatic oil into the market. But because TDAE is removed polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by a distillation process, the rolling resistance and wet skid performance of tire products is caused some damage. The basic requirements of the "green tire" put forward in the last century in 90s is to reduce the rolling resistance of the tread and to ensure its good performance of anti wet and slippery. Therefore, the resin is a kind of ideal substitute for rubber processing aid, which has the function of plasticization and reinforcement.In this paper, 5 different types of resins (1# Malone resin, 2# styrene resin,3#C5/C9 petroleum resin, 4# resin, 5#C9 resin,) are applied in research. The processing properties, basic mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of each resin are compared after the addition of different parts. The results show that the composite has the best performance when the resin is added to 20phr. The tensile strength increased by 20?30%, the tear strength increased by 10?20%, and the wear resistance was improved obviously, 2#styrene resin and 3#C5/C9 petroleum resin can not only significantly increase the 0?tan?, reduce rolling resistance but also improve the wet skid resistance,which is suitable for using in SSBR/Nd-BR tread Composites. 4# and 5# resin can improve the wet skid resistance, but at the same time, the rolling resistance increases remarkably.In addition, the effects of the addition of TDAE and resin on the dynamic properties of F-SSBR/Nd-BR are compared. The results show that TDAE plays an important role in the process, but it has little effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of the samples. However, the addition of resin can not only improve the processing performance of the rubber, but also improve the dynamic mechanical properties. Although the rolling resistance can not be significantly reduced, but the rolling resistance does not cause a greater negative impact.In the comparison of formula properties between functionalized and non functionalized composite systems, In terms of basic mechanical properties or dynamic mechanical properties, the overall improvement trend is basically the same. However, the tendency of improving the properties of non functionalized composite systems is stronger than that of functionalized composite systems.
