Blast furnace iron smelting is an important way of iron smelting Metallurgical Industry in China.At present,The structure and parameters of the blast furnace in China are developing towards the large-scale and high iron smelting strength.Therefore,improve iron smelting efficiency of blast furnace,reduce iron smelting costs,An important problem to be solved in the steel industry is to make stable tapping time longer and prolong the life of blast furnace,getting the long life of the blast furnace is the important sign of technological progress.The hearth is the core of the reaction zone of iron smelting,long term erosion with hot metal,thermal stress erosion and other chemical erosion,blast damage mostly is the hearth damage,so hearth life determines the life of blast furnace.Study on the theory of hearth furnace operation in Heat balance of liner and residual liner thickness in furnace side and bottom are important significance for the longevity of the blast furnace.Methods for blast furnace before,is treating lining heat surface as a fixed wall surface without change,this makes the large error in the simulation of blast furnace.This article uses FLUENT software,"latent latent heat" method to analysis blast furnace model,according custom function,realize internal unit and molten iron element exchange,Simulating automatic movement of erosion boundary to make results are closer to real.To simplify modeling structure of No.five Blast furnace in Liugang,Using basic theory of heat transfer theory and equivalent convection heat transfer coefficient make the effect of the heat balance in filler cooling stave is simplified to the lining.At the same time,establish theory of No.five blast furnace operation in Liugang,analyze cause of erosion in different elevation and different azimuth angle,calculate residual thickness of the furnace side and bottom.According lining structure stability and cooling wall temperature stability to Inspecting safety residual thickness of No.five Blast furnace in Liugang.The influences for heat balance of liner are discussed in thermal conductivity of lining material,convective heat transfer coefficient,Volume utilization coefficient,Porosity and position of dead Coke Column of No.five Blast furnace in Liugang.Analyze theoretical operating furnace type and erosion amount in different parameters.The root cause of hearth and bottom erosion are discussed from thermal resistance,heat flux,flow rate and direction of hot metal.At last,as for influence in different parameters of hearth heat balance,calculating the safety factor based on the safety of inner liner and cooling wall,provides a quantitative technical data for blast furnace hearth longevity and safety operation.
