Patent Strategy Of Wastewater Treatment Technology Based On Patent Information Analysis

Some surveys show the sewage treatment equipment operation which normal operation,not normal operation and idle are accounted for 1/3,respectively.The actual operation rate of sewage treatment plants can only reach 50%in china.In addition to capital investment and technical management level,the main reason for this phenomenon is that China’s sewage treatment technology behind.Which is the key to efficient economic operation of urban sewage treatment facilities.Since the reform and opening up,China has been learning western sewage treatment technology and formed our own technology.But the technology in the level of the overall process and treatment cost is still lagging behind the western developed countries at this stage.Which is included low efficiency of sewage treatment,high energy consumption of sewage treatment equipment,high maintenance rate and low degree of automation.Since the 21st century,the possession,configuration,production and use of intellectual property play a significant role to support the growing of economic development and can’t be ignored.The quality and quantity of the patent is an important indicator to measure comprehensive strength technology in countries and regions.The ability and level of using patent system is also an important index to measure market competition,which represent the patent competition of intellectual property rights in all developed countries and regions of the world competition,so that they can seize market opportunities and the initiative,to obtain an important means of competitive advantage.Adapt to this,the patent,patent information,patent strategy was used to study the toast of the government and researchers both at home and abroad should be combined with national,industry strategy that will promote the rapid development of economic and social comprehensive,and the patent information analysis and research has become an important aspect of the implementation of intellectual property rights strategy.In this paper,the patent information is converted into useful patent strategy and early warning information,by the processing,sorting and analysis of patent information.There are three purposes in this paper:(1)It will help us to understand and grasp the domestic and foreign technology in the sewage treatment industry development status,clear advantages and gap between wastewater treatment technology between the domestic and foreign from the perspective of national industry management department.And it can provide strong support for the patent strategy and patent layout in sewage treatment industry making by the industry management department.(2)It conducive to understand and grasp the regional characteristic industry,sewage treatment technology development trend and the core technology in the field of composition,so that we can provides policy suggestions in the field of the technology.(3)It can assist enterprises or scientific research institutions to confirm technical development trends,avoid possible technical threats,occupy technical blind spots,and provide patent technical support for the establishment of technical systems with independent intellectual property rights.
