| The random discharge of industrial wastewater will have a huge impact on the water environment and threaten human health due to the characteristics of heavy pollution,deep harm and large impact of industrial wastewater.Based on the complexity and variability of the composition of industrial wastewater,there are still some technical problems in the field of industrial wastewater treatment in China that have not been completely solved.The direction of technological research and development is not clear,and innovation is difficult.There have been studies showing that 95% of new technology information in the world is contained in patent information.Using patent information to analyze and predict technology development trends can avoid investing resources in low-level innovation.This research selected industrial wastewater treatment technology as the research object,used Derwent Innovations Index database as the data source,used Python as the programming language.The text mining technology,patent analysis,patent map and other methods were applied to study the development trend of industrial wastewater treatment technology.Firstly,the research analyzed the industrial wastewater treatment technology in a macroscopic way and identified the development stage of the industrial wastewater treatment technology,based on the structured data in the patent information.Secondly,text mining technology was used to process the unstructured text and calculated the similar connection value of the keywords to achieve social network analysis of high-frequency keywords.The TF-IDF algorithm and K-means clustering fusion method were used to construct a technical topic identification analysis framework,and combined with IPC classification numbers to identify and define the technical topics.Based on the information presented by unstructured text,the research hotspots of industrial wastewater treatment technology are studied in depth.Finally,according to the citation relationship of the patent,the main evolution path of industrial wastewater treatment technology was extracted by using the SPC main path extraction method.The keyword-based patent map prediction method was used to identify blank spots in technology development and predicted the future development direction of technology.The results showed that the patent application for industrial wastewater treatment technology is increasing,and the technology is in the development stage.The biological treatment method is a research hotspot,and the trend of intelligent equipment is increasing.The improvement and innovation of polymer pharmaceutical preparation and membrane technology have become the mainstream trend.The technology development path can be divided into three stages.The first stage was related to the activated sludge process,the trend of diversification began to appear in the second phase of research,and the third stage was focused on low-energy,high-efficiency,recycling-oriented intelligent processing equipment.The research of keyword-based patent map prediction methods showed that the research of industrial wastewater treatment equipment or automatic treatment systems is the research direction with the most development potential. |
