Research On Patent Information Analysis Of Silicone Oil

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the key to promoting the development of science and technology lies in the innovation of patented technology,and the research of high-value patents has also become the focus of attention of domestic and foreign enterprises and the key to mutual competition.This paper analyzes the patent information of the silicone oil industry,provides a boost for the innovation-driven development of the silicone oil industry,and drives innovation in the field of silicone.This paper uses the literature survey method,data analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze the silicone oil industry data.The research object is global and Chinese silicone oil patent data,and high-value silicone oil patent data identification and comparative analysis.The main research conclusions are as follows:From the perspective of the overall patent application trend of silicone oil,the number of domestic applications has seen a breakthrough growth in recent years,and the number of foreign silicone oil patent applications has declined.The early patent technology of silicone oil was mainly distributed overseas,and the key patent applicants were mainly overseas countries;the patent technology distribution of silicone oil of Chinese enterprises was only limited to China;the top domestic silicone oil patent applications were Jiangsu,Guangdong,Zhejiang;The main technical composition of silicone oil patent applications is still mainly composed of compositions or compounds,mainly concentrated on C08 G,followed by C08L;the inventors in the R＆D teams of leading foreign companies have strong R＆D strength;domestic innovation entities are more cooperative objects.Most of China’s silicone oil technology patents belong to leading foreign companies,and foreign innovators pay more attention to the layout of China’s silicone oil market.Domestic applicants enter the silicone oil field later than foreign applicants,and Chinese local enterprises have not yet formed a clear advantage in the layout of the silicone oil patent market.Between enterprises and enterprises,the proportion of cooperative patents between enterprises and colleges and universities or scientific research units is relatively small.The number of high-value patents of foreign innovators is significantly higher than the number of high-value patents of local innovators,and the innovation capability of the domestic R＆D team as a whole or a single inventor is far behind that of foreign inventors.To sum up,it is proposed to strengthen policy guidance and expand overseas distribution;improve patent quality and boost core patents;form a patent maintenance system and improve the efficiency of economic transformation;introduce talents,expand cooperation platforms,and enhance the market position of enterprises;train patent agents and strengthen market environment supervision,five suggestions to promote the technological development of China’s silicone oil field.
