In recent years,with the rapid development of China's electronic technology industry,people's living standards continue to improve,all kinds of electronic appliances replacement speed is faster and faster,especially mobile phones and other small electronic products,Continue to pursue,its replacement rate far more than other electronic products,at the same time,the production of waste electronic appliances is also increasing.Electronic waste is different from other solid waste,which is rich in renewable resources,can produce objective economic and social benefits,e-waste recycling and recycling research has been the attention of many countries and regions,and has long been Actively carried out research.However,China's e-waste recycling research is still in its infancy,the current introduction of the relevant policy is only for the "four machine a brain",for mobile phones and other small waste electronic products,in 2016 has been entered into the dismantling subsidies But the specific policy has not yet introduced,the country has not yet formed a standardized and perfect waste recycling system,how to achieve waste electronic appliances efficient recycling of resources,has become China's sustainable development is facing a new problem.In this context,this paper takes the waste mobile phone in Lanzhou as the object,taking the construction of waste mobile phone recycling system as the research focus,and provides some scientific basis for realizing the green and efficient resource recycling of the used mobile phone in Lanzhou City and the whole country.This paper through the questionnaire survey and on-site interviews on the current status of mobile phone recycling waste treatment in Lanzhou city were investigated deeply,and in Lanzhou city was put forward in terms of the current mobile phone recycling waste problem on the basis of the developed countries and the analysis of the status of China's mobile phone recycling waste,provide the basis for the establishment of Lanzhou city waste mobile phone the recycling network system for the following.It is the basis of the establishment of recycling network system to forecast the output of waste mobile phone.Firstly,Lanzhou city 2003 — 2022 years mobile phone year of social ownership,annual sales forecast,and then through the service life of the mobile phone and other content,respectively using the time gradient model,market supply A model,Stanford prediction model,the production of Lanzhou city waste mobile phone are predicted.The results show that the market the supply of A model and Stanford model prediction results,by2022,predictive value were 404 thousand,466 thousand and 700,the annual growth rate of8%,the prediction model of selected different parameters,to 2022,forecast the time gradient model was 210 thousand and 400,with an annual growth rate of 7%;no matter what kind of forecasting model,annual production of Lanzhou city waste mobile phone are at a rapid pace.The design process of the recycling network system,the reverse logistics model of WEEE recycling economy theory under construction as the foundation,proposed a waste recycling system of mobile phone in Lanzhou City,from the recycling station,transfer station,dismantling Center is composed of three parts,and through many construction waste recycling system in Lanzhou mobile phone location model on the transfer station,layout,and put forward the recovery plan and operation mode.Finally,through the analysis of the composition of mobile phones,the design of the dismantling process of waste mobile phones in Lanzhou City,the use of artificial dismantling and mechanical dismantling complement the way,mainly through pre-dismantling,information collection,dismantling,broken,sorting A few steps to dismantle the old mobile phone,and the various parts of the waste mobile phone,including the shell,LCD screen,printed circuit boards,batteries,chargers,respectively,to take a different approach to resource processing.And then through the analysis of precious metals contained in waste mobile phones,from the resource efficiency,environmental benefits,economic benefits of three aspects of the precious metal in Lanzhou City,the results show that,by 2022,the mobile phone can be recycled to extract precious metals amounted to 757.2 kg,which is worth $about42000000,equivalent to saving 265.2 tons of coal,716.04 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.Analysis from any aspect,the mobile phone recycling waste will have great value,can form a chain,which is of great significance for Lanzhou to achieve sustainable economic development,but also for China's environmental protection and economic development to contribute their strength.
