Three-dimensional electrode coupling iron-carbon microelectrolysis method is a new clean advanced electrochemical oxidation method.In this paper,a practical high concentration and hard-decompose wastewater was studied by three-dimensional electrode coupling iron-carbon microelectrolytic method.The influence of factors such as electrode material,electrode filled material,reaction time,plate spacing,external voltage and initial pH on the treatment effect was investigated by single factor analysis.The experimental device of the three-dimensional electrode iron-carbon microelectrolytic coupling method.The optimum conditions of single factor experiment were further studied through orthogonal experiment by comparing the effects of COD,NH3-N,B/C and 2,3-Dichloropyridine.The reaction time was 2.5h,the distance between plates D was 6cm,the applied voltage was 10 V,and the initial pH value was 5.The advantages of the coupling method were verified by comparing the effects of electrolysis alone,microelectrolysis and three-dimensional electrode coupling iron-carbon micro-electrolysis.The application of the method to the treatment of wastewater with different concentration ranges under the same reaction conditions.And the value of filler consumption and reuse can be judged by the recovery and re-reaction of the sediment produced by the consumption of the filler.Through the analysis of current efficiency,kinetic analysis,COD and NH3-N oxidation mechanism,the microstructure observation and comparison of XRD Elemental energy spectrum analysis,the determination of hydroxyl radical ·OH in the reaction process,the catalytic action analysis of metal copper ions and metal iron ions,and the action analysis of the flocculation and sedimentation process in the reaction,fully illustrated the whole three-dimensional electrode couplig iron-carbon microelectrolytic the reaction process and the reaction mechanism.The experimental results show that the three-dimensional electrode coupling iron-carbon microelectrolysis method has a good effect on the treatment of high concentration and hard-decompose organic wastewater,the removal rate of COD can up to 80 percent when the refractory organic wastewater COD over 10000,and the removal rate of NH3-N can up to 60 percent when the NH3-N 100-200 of refractory organic wastewater.And the reaction is rapid and efficient without additional reagents,which is worthy of further study and application.
