As one of the advanced oxidation processes,electro-Fenton method has shown its wide application in the field of wastewater treatment, especially in the treatment of refractory organic wastewater at home and abroad in recent years. This paper researched the treatment of aniline wastewater by photocatalysis-electro-Fenton method and the mechanism of the degradation. It also found out the optimum conditions and the removal performance of aniline on the treatment of aniline wastewater, which could provide the technical basis for the treatment of refractory aniline was wastewater by photocatalysis-electro-Fenton method. In this study, the homemade electrochemical reactor was used through the treatment of aniline wastewater. The main research contents included:the single-factor experiments included pH value, the reaction time, the electric current, the dosage concentration of Fe2+,the dosage concentration of electrolyte, the aeration volume and the pole distance experiments and the orthogonal experiments on the treatment of aniline wastewater by electro-Fenton method; The single-factor experiments on the treatment of aniline wastewater by photocatalysis oxidation method, the comparison of diffetent influences on different factors and the disposal result between electro-Fenton method and photocatalysis-electro-Fenton method; The influence of the inorganic ions on the treatment of aniline wastewater by electro-Fenton method.Through the single-fator experiment,it showed that the acidic conditions was in favour of the electro-Fenton reaction. In certain range of the reaction time, the longer, the better. In certain range of the electric current, the dosage concentration of Fe2+,the dosage concentration of electrolyte, the aeration volume and the pole distance, the more, the better. The optimum conditions through the orthogonal experiment were that the pH value was 3.0,the reaction time was 60min,the electric current was 900mA,the dosage concentration of Fe2+ was 1.6g/L,the dosage concentration of electrolyte is 1.Og/L,the aeration volume was 0.3m3/h,and the pole distance was 9cm.In this condition the removal rate of aniline could reach to 95.87%and the removal rate of COD could reach to 88.62%.Took UV light into the electro-Fenton method,we found that the wavelength and the radiation intensity of the UV light source, the dosage of TiO2 and the dissolved oxygen volume could impact the treatment effect;Under the same experiment condition,photocatalysis-electro-Fenton method has the best treatment effect among the photocatalysis oxidation method, the electro-Fenton method and the photocatalysis-electro-Fenton method. The removal rate of aniline could reach up to 96.81%;Compared with electro-Fenton method, the photocatalysis-electro-Fenton method could get ideal results with fewer electrolyte, lower pH and electric current. In the treatment of aniline wastewater, some inorganic ions could affect the treatment effect in the electro-Fenton method as well.Fe3+ could promote the system of Fenton reaction and create synergistic effects with Fe2+ to improve the catalytic oxidation of the system.C1-,H2PO4-,CO32-,HCO3-and Cu2+ had different degrees of inhibition on the treatment of aniline wastewater by electro-Fenton method;SO42-and NO3-didn't have significant influences on the treatment of aniline wastewater by electro-Fenton method.Photocatalysis-electro-Fenton method has a good treatment effect on the treatment of aniline wastewater. It has a simple operation, fast degradation and no secondary pollution which belongs to an effective method as a treatment of refractory organic wastewater.Through further research and improvement,it could be promoted and applied in the practical engineering.
