Aniline is a kind of wastewater that is difficult to degrade organic matter. The traditional method is generally not ideal.Advanced oxidation method is an effective method for treating refractory organic wastewater.Among them, the three-dimensional electrode electric-Fenton method is one of the hotspots in recent years. It can effectively remove refractory wastewater and is more economical and practical than other methods in terms of energy consumption and price. In this study, the effect and process conditions of three-dimensional electrode electro-Fenton process for the treatment of aniline wastewater were studied, and the technical basis for the three-dimensional electrode electro-Fenton process for the treatment of aniline wastewater was provided.Using aniline wastewater as test water,self-made three-dimensional electrode device, experimental study on the effect of electrode plate material and particle electrode material on the treatment of aniline wastewater;Effects of various factors on three-dimensional electrode electro-Fenton treatment of aniline wastewater by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, and determine the best reaction conditions; The effects of seven inorganic ions such as Fe3+,Mn2+and S2-on the effect of three-dimensional electrode treatment on aniline were studied. The material of the anode and cathode plates and the material of the particle electrode have a certain influence on the treatment effect.Stainless steel plate and graphite plate were used as the plate material, and activated carbon,3A molecular sieve and glass beads were used as particle electrode materials for comparative experiments. The results of the comparative test show that the stainless steel plates are used for both the anode and the cathode, and the aniline treatment effect is best when the particle electrode is selected to be mixed with the glass beads 2:1.The results of single factor and orthogonal tests show that pH,Fe2+ concentration, reaction time, electrolyte concentration, plate distance, aeration and electrolysis voltage have an effect on the treatment effect. For the aniline wastewater with a concentration of 300 mg/L,when the pH is 3.0,the electrolysis voltage is 15 V,the Fe2+ concentration is 0.7 mmol/L,the electrolyte concentration is 1.8 g/L,and the plate distance is 8 cm,the aniline The removal rate can reach 89.85%.The influence of various factors on the three-dimensional electrode electric-Fenton treatment of aniline wastewater can be ranked from high to low:pH>electrolytic voltage>Fe2+dosage>electrolyte dosage>electrode spacing. The effects of Fe3+,Mn2+,S2-,CO32-,H2PO4-,Cl-,and NO3-7 inorganic ions on the three-electrode electro-Fenton treatment of aniline wastewater were investigated. The results show that the addition of Fe3+is beneficial to improve the treatment effect.Fe3+ can synergize with Fe2+ to promote the Fenton reaction; The presence of Mn2+,S2-,CO32-,H2PO4-,and Cl-consumes the produced H2O2,reduces the amount of hydroxyl radicals, and further reduces the removal rate of aniline. The three-dimensional electrode electric-Fenton has better effect on the treatment of aniline wastewater.Compared with the traditional Fenton reagent method,it has the advantages of high processing efficiency, low drug consumption and simple operation. The three-dimensional electrode electric-Fenton method has a good application prospect in the treatment of aniline wastewater and similar high-concentration organic wastewater.
