| In this paper,two kinds of unsaturated polyester resin for putty used on non-ferrous metal plate were synthetized.They were in view of the situation that non-ferrous metal plate such as galvanized sheet is used largely as substrate in automobile manufacturing and other industries at home and abroad,but adhesion of the current homebred putty on non-ferrous metal plate was poor,while the rapid development of high-speed traffic in our country has put forward higher requirements to adhesion,impact resistance and flexibility of putty,and that the waste unsaturated polyester resin products are handled difficultly so that it do not meet environmental requirements of today.Firstly,a resin for putty used on non-ferrous metal plate with excellent adhesion,high impact resistance and high flexibility was synthetized to solve the problem that adhesion on non-ferrous metal plate of the current homebred putty was poor,and that the rapid development of high-speed traffic in our country has put forward higher requirements to adhesion,impact resistance and flexibility of putty.Linseed oil and linoleic acid were introduced to synthetize unsaturated polyester resin,and the resin was made into putty as the raw material.The influence of linseed oil and linoleic acid dosage on properties of the putty were studied to explore the optimum dosage of linseed oil and linoleic acid.A resin with relatively ideal adhesion on non-ferrous metal plate,high impact resistance and flexibility was obtained.Nevertheless,the putty still had large shrinkage,which would affect the adhesion on non-ferrous metal plate of putty to some extent.Therefore,two methods were used to reduce the shrinkage of the putty:firstly,maleic anhydride capped polyurethane elastomer was synthetized,blended with the linseed oil and linoleic acid modified resin to prepare putty;secondly,polyurethane segment was introduced to resin molecular chain.It was found that the methods could reduce the shrikage of the putty while the adhesion on non-ferrous metal plate was enhanced;the effect was much better when polyurethane segment introduced to the resin molecular chain.Through the experiment,a resin for putty with excellent adhesion on non-ferrous metal plate,high impact resistance and flexibility,low shrinkage was synthetized.Based on the resin for putty used on non-ferrous metal plate,a biodegradable unsaturated polyester resin for putty used on non-ferrous metal plate was synthetized for the situation that the waste unsaturated polyester resin products are handled difficultly which do not meet environmental requirements.Urea was added to introduce polar amido bond into resin molecular thereby enhancing the hydrolysis of the resin;and adhesion on non-ferrous metal plate was improved with the polarity of amido bond.However,the air-drying of the resin was poor,therefore linoleic acid was introduced in order to improve the air-drying.The appropriate contents of urea and linoleic acid was explored,while the influence of urea and linoleic acid dosage on hydrolysis of the resin were studied,and an excellent comprehensive performance degradable resin was obtained ultimately. |
