Glycyrrhizic acid was adsorpted statically using D101?AB-8?D4020?NKA?X-5 worked and ADS-17 macroporous resin.As the adsorption of glycyrrhizic acid for indicator,D101 and ADS-17 resin were choosed to purify Glycyrrhizic acid.Glycyrrhizic acid was adsorpted and desorpted dynamically in chromatographic column filling D101 and ADS-17 macroporous resins.In the process of adsorption,a orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the influence of solution pH value,concentration of raw material liqid and flow rate on adsorbing capacity of Glycyrrhizic acid;In the process of desorption,glycyrrhizic acid was desporded with different concentration of ethanol solution.Under the optimized conditions,For D101 resin,when pH value was 6.5,the injection fluid flow was 2BV/h,the sample concentration 10 mg/ml,the glycyrrhizic acid adsorption quantity is the largest,best desorption condition is:50%ethanol solution using as elution agent,the dosage of eluent agent was 1.5BV.Under the best conditions,the purity of glycyrrhizic acid was 35.23%;For ADS-17 resin,when pH value was 6.0,the injection fluid flow was 2 BV/h,the sample concentration 10 mg/ml,the glycyrrhizic acid adsorption quantity is the largest,best desorption condition is:10%ethanol solution using as elution agent,the dosage of eluent agent was 4BV.Under the best conditions,the purity of glycyrrhizic acid is 65.07%.Kinds of Resin were synthetized by suspension polymerization.The pore structure of resins exerted influence on adsorbing capacity of Glycyrrhizic acid,in the experiment,crosslinking degree of resinw,content of pore-foaming agent and content of MA were studied.Kinds of polar group were added into macroporous resin,the influences of type and content of polar group on Glycyrrhizic acid adsorption performance were studied,after the dynamic adsorption,Glycyrrhizic acid was desorpted gradiently.Firstl,ethanol solution were used to prewash part of impurities,then ethanol solution adding sodium hydroxide solution were used to wash Glycyrrhizic acid.The adsorption quantity of glycyrrhizic acid is high,and the purity of purified glycyrrhizic acid can reach 40?50%.In addition,The structure of GA was turned under the reflux of Sodium hydroxide solution.The purity of 18-a GA is 87.66%,and the yield is 44.16%.
