Hydraulic pressure tile machine is the most important machine tools of ceramic tile production in modern times.The performance of its hydraulic system could impact on product performance directly.The tile machine adopt closed hydraulic system,and hydraulic oil tank is placed inversely.The master cylinder is interlinked with the tank through the liquid filling valve.After the oil tank is pressurized,the main cylinder is filled with liquid discharging process rapidly,and the production efficiency is high.According to the press appears in the commissioning stage increased pressure difficulty,pitting corrosion of the sealing ring and other parts,poor working conditions also found oil black phenomenon and other issues,this paper carried out research work on the characteristics of hydraulic oil in press system.Aiming at the tile machine's problem of rising pressure in low-voltage pressing stage when it is adjusted before leaving the factory,the problem about the corrosion of materials such as sealing rings and other parts,and the problem about the oil occasionally turns black when it was work and so on,this paper carried out the research work on the hydraulic properties of tile machine's system.Study the shape structure,working principle,charge or discharge press liquid process of pressure tile machine.Combining the theory of effective bulk modulus and the simulation results of FLUENT,know that the key of the problem is that the hydraulic oil is mixed with air in the process of charging and discharging,which make the oil characteristic bad.From the study on the shape and structure of tile machine,the woking principle and the process of the liquid charging and discharging,and also combining the theory of effective bulk modulus and the simulation results of Fluent,this paper conclude that the key reason of hydraulic properties turning worse is that hydraulic oil was mixed with air during the process of liquid charging and discharging.Combining the experimental and theoretical model,study the gas content in hydraulic oil and establish.the calculation model of it.Find that the main influence parameters of gas content in hydraulic oil are the initial pressure and the liquid level of the oil tank in the pressure tile machine,and some suggestions are put forward to optimize the working condition parameters of it.An experimental platform was set up to study the gas content of hydraulic oil in the pressure tile machine,from which obtain the variation law of gas content and the saturated gas content of oil.Reveal the relationship between the vary of gas content and the pressure change of oil tank.The results show that the response speed of the gas content achieved an equilibrium can be characterized by measuring the velocity of the pressure balance above the tank.Aiming at the cavitation in the pressure tile machine hydraulic system,combining the Fluent simulation results of flow field in charge discharge process,from cavitation condition,cavitation erosion occurs position,cavitation bubble collapse damage to material three aspects to research the the cavitation phenomenon in the press.Analysising the influence of bubble size and bubble concentration on cavitation,obtain that the higher the concentration of bubble,the more favorable for cavitation;the smaller the bubble is,the worse the oil condition is.The bubble size can reduce cavitation damage within 1mm.Finally,from the point of view of avoiding cavitation,puts forward some suggestions on the setting of the process parameters and the structural design of the press.
