One of the current mining methods with high efficiency and low cost is mining open stope method.The mining method occupies a large proportion of the underground mine in China.Mining open stope method leaves a large gob after mining.Adopting the technique feasible,economical,simple and convenient method to deal with the mined out area is one of the necessary technologies to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the lower production stage.Based on the engineering geological conditions of the mine and the development process of the goaf treatment technology at home and abroad,through the mechanical analysis and calculation,the blasting induced caving method is developed to deal with the mined out area.Around this topic,the research are as follows.Through goaf field investigation on Nao Yumen iron,we generated three-dimensional model of NaoYumen iron.By analyzing the physical and mechanical properties and the stability of the rock and rock in the mine,the method of inducing and caving is used to deal with the mining area.According to the principle of induced caving,combined with sublevel caving mining planning step,we determine to use the method of induced caving blasting.Through numerical calculation,analysis and calculation of induced wall of rock falling in large area space needed,which provides the basis for the blasting design.According to the need of induced caving,we assign the scope of blasting,design blasting parameters,carry out the corresponding checking to ensure that sufficient buffer layer formed after blasting and meet the requirements of the surrounding structures for blasting vibration.According to the design data and engineering test,we adjust and optimize the blasting scheme in the construction process.through field test,forming a buffer layer of sufficient thickness,take further backward,goaf has been treated effectively,accordingly in the formation of a large number of surface subsidence.Through the research work and field engineering test,We determined the technical scheme that the mine used medium deep hole blasting to deal with the mined out area,which can solve the practical problems of large construction difficulty,high cost and low efficiency.According to the engineering geological conditions of the mine,the method is proved to be suitable for the mining area with high efficiency,low cost and high safety.
