Rubber vulcanization is an important process in the step of rubber products,vulcanization can greatly improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber.The traditional way of vulcanization is mainly by heating the heating source,which leads to rubber vulcanization time is long and vulcanization is not uniform,microwave heating is a kind of body heating method,the electromagnetic energy into heat,vulcanization fast and uniform.Rubber vulcanization process is more complex,there will be many changes.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the temperature field in the microwave heating process.Rubber vulcanization is an important process in the processing of rubber products,vulcanization can greatly improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber.The traditional way of vulcanization is mainly by heating the heating source,which leads to rubber vulcanization time is long and vulcanization is not uniform,microwave heating is a kind of body heating method,the electromagnetic energy into heat,vulcanization fast and uniform.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the temperature field in the microwave heating process.In this paper,the film of different materials was heated in the microwave cavity to study the effect of different dielectric properties on the film temperature rise.The influence of cord type and layer number on the temperature field of microwave heating was studied.The relationship between microwave heating frequency and rubber temperature field was studied.The influence factors of metal discharge in rubber field were studied.The rubber vulcanization process was optimized to make rubber vulcanization better.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Using the impedance analyzer,the dielectric constants of the five compounds were measured.The compressive properties of the compound are related to its dielectric constant,and the larger the dielectric constant,the better the absorbing performance.Under microwave action,the longer the heating time,the higher the temperature of the film,the relatively high temperature of the film,the film edge.(2)Temperature is relatively low with the increase of film thickness,the film has a temperature gradient in the thickness direction.The temperature of the temperature above the film is higher than the temperature of the temperature below the film,which is related to the position of the waveguide port.In the vertical direction,the location of the film closer to the waveguide port,it is more likely to heat.(3)The cord is added to the film,and the average temperature of the cord without film is slightly higher than the average temperature of the rubber sheet with the cord after heating for a period of time.The main component of the cord is the fiber,almost no absorption of microwave.The addition of fiber cords in the rubber sheet reduces the overall heat absorption properties of the rubber sheet.(4)Wire can affect the film inside the electromagnetic field and electric field,electromagnetic waves encountered when the wire will be reflected.When the power is too large will occur discharge phenomenon.The greater the microwave power,the more prone to discharge phenomenon.The greater the frequency the more prone to discharge phenomenon.The finer the wire,the metal tip is also prone to the phenomenon of ignition.(5)Rubber material is a dielectric loss material,in the microwave field,the rubber molecules absorb microwave,the microwave electromagnetic energy into rubber heat.The greater the dielectric constant value and the dielectric loss tangent of the rubber,the stronger the microwave absorption capacity.The penetration depth of the rubber material in the microwave field varies depending on the material penetration depth.(6)Microwave heating rubber when there is a certain temperature gradient,in order to reduce the temperature difference between the rubber composite,in the cavity by adding jammers,heating when the compound rotation,found that the temperature gradient decreases,the heating effect is better.
