| In recent years,with the rapid development of the social economy,people’s travel has become more convenient,and the frequency of travel by car and other means of transportation has become higher and higher.However,the thickness and strength of the material in the design of traditional automobile parts tend to be selected according to the maximum load,resulting in the material thickness and strength of the non-maximum load area is still relatively rich,and the response relationship between the thickness change and the heat treatment temperature field No theory has yet been formed.In this paper,the response relationship between thickness change and heat treatment temperature field is studied in view of the characteristics of new variable thickness steel plates with mechanical properties changing with thickness.This article conducts the following studies:(1)Research on the temperature field of heating furnace of variable thickness steel plate.The finite element model of the temperature field of the variable thickness steel plate heating furnace was established,and then the numerical simulation of the temperature field of the variable thickness steel plate heating furnace was carried out,the dynamic characteristics and change laws of the temperature field at different thickness positions of the variable thickness steel plate were analyzed,and then the influence of different parameters of the temperature field of the variable thickness steel plate heating furnace on the temperature field was simulated and analyzed in detail,and finally the accuracy of the simulation results was verified by the heating experiment of the heating furnace of the variable thickness steel plate.(2)Research on the resistive heating temperature field of variable thickness steel plate.In the study of resistance heating,the temperature field of variable thickness steel plate under different temperature ramp rates was analyzed and simulated by finite element software,and the temperature field difference of variable thickness steel plate in different thickness regions under different ramp rate was obtained.Then,the influence of different parameters of variable thickness steel plate on the resistance heating temperature field is simulated and predicted,and finally the temperature data obtained by the resistance heating experiment of variable thickness steel plate is basically consistent with the data obtained by the experiment,which confirms the reliability of the simulation results.(3)Study on induction heating temperature field of variable thickness steel plate.The induction heating research first carried out the finite element model of the variable thickness steel plate through the finite element software,and according to the geometric data of the induction coil obtained by the finite element simulation,multiple sets of induction coils were designed and customized,and the experimental scheme of induction heating was formulated,and the experimental results were basically consistent with the simulation results,which verified the correctness of the simulation simulation.Then,the influence of different parameters of variable thickness steel plate on the induction heating temperature field is simulated and predicted,and the temperature field dynamic characteristics and temperature field change law at different thickness positions of variable thickness steel plate are explored.In this paper,the temperature field of 22 Mn B5 variable thickness steel plate under different heat treatment processes is studied in depth through a combination of experiment and simulation,and the temperature field dynamic characteristics and variation laws of different thickness positions of variable thickness steel plate are explored.This paper lays a foundation for the regulation mechanism of thickness and mechanical properties of variablewall thick thin-walled pipes. |
