Study On The Decoupling Relationship Between Economic Growth And Environmental Pollution In Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region

《 Program for the coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region 》points out that the ecological environment protection should be as breakthroughs in key areas take the lead in beijing-tianjin-hebei region as the third pole of China’s economic development,environmental pollution problems has become the most urgent for the ecological zone,the most nervous for resources and environment,and it is one of the most serious area in north of China,the contradiction between man and nature in the solution of the ecological environment problems become the main direction of improve residents’ life.Therefore,it is necessary in beijing-tianjin-hebei region economy and the relationship between environmental pollution and its causes for specific research.For the beijing-tianjin-hebei 13 cities,this paper builds decoupling index of economy and environment pollution,aims to explore the beijing-tianjin-hebei economic and environmental pollution decoupling state differential space-time evolution,testing the influence factors of environmental pollution,break through the constraint effect,to achieve decoupling of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region development countermeasures are put forward.First of all,introduced the research status at home and abroad,the paper expounds related theory,economic development and environment for the research of this paper lay a theoretical foundation,at the same time for decoupling concept definition of the word.Secondly,analyzed the beijing-tianjin-hebei economic development,environmental problems and the integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region in an overview of the industry and ecological aspects,by building a index system of the environment pollution,using the entropy value method to comprehensive evaluation of environment respectively based on the construction of beijing-tianjin-hebei decoupling model of economy and environment,explore its space-time evolution differentiation of decoupling.Again,combining the theory of EKC and green solow model,set up 2005-2014 panel data model of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,the empirical analysis of the impact of economic growth to the environment pollution,and discuss the expansion variableeffects of population,the productive technological progress,industrial structure,foreign trade and rate of saving on environment pollution.Finally,according to the realistic need of ecological synergy integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,combined with the research results,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to promote the economic and environmental pollution of decoupling.
