Injection molding machine as the application of plastics processing equipment,the research of new type high efficiency and energy saving injection molding machine system is not only the sustainable development of enterprise target,but the strategic requirements of the country's energy conservation and emissions reduction of positive response as well.In the cost of injection products,in addition to the unqualified parts caused by the material waste,electricity accounted for a large proportion.The traditional quantitative pump motor accounts for more than 80% of the whole equipment power consumption,with the rapid development of national economy,the plastics industry as an important part of the national economy,especially the manufacture of the plastic processing equipment has been more and more attention.Meanwhile,high efficiency and energy saving of injection molding application research is becoming more and more important.According to the injection molding parts from the mold design and manufacturing to molding stage of practical application,and the development of injection molding machine,based on the use of injection molding machine in a work situation and injection molding machine plasticizing system,the key parts of injection system,the energy of the hydraulic system of regulation and clamping mechanism analysis and so on has carried on the concrete research.Hydraulic control system for injection molding machine,energy saving,based on variable pump is put forward,PQ valve,such as energy adjustment unit parts constitute a new injection molding hydraulic control system scheme,the optimized system in the guarantee of product quality at the same time can achieve the purpose of saving energy.This article main research content is as follows:The first part of the article explains the thesis research background,and the brief analysis of the energy conservation and emissions reduction strategy environment injection molding machine in our country the development of the energy conservation and consumption reduction.This paper introduces the research status at home and abroad,and injection molding machine and energy saving control of injection molding machine of the main causes of energy consumption and energy saving way are analyzed.The second part of the article explains the working principle of the injection molding machine,plasticizing system,studied the influence of process parameters on the plasticizing machine system.Based on the analysis of the injection molding process parameters reasonable combination of the state,the hydraulic control system for injection molding provides the basis for smooth operation.The third part of the article elaborates the main energy consumption link in injection molding machine,selection of the hydraulic system as the research object,the energy consumption for quantitative pump system unloading energy loss and the overflow loss problems,puts forward a new hydraulic control system,and on this basis of variable pump + PQ valve + energy regulation units of new type hydraulic control system are studied,including the proportional variable pump system,AMESim simulation model and control strategy,simulation results analysis,control system hardware and the software program,such as content,the variable pump + PQ valve + power conditioning unit system the basic operation principle of the content,status,and its implementation.The fourth part of the article of the variable pump + PQ valve + energy adjusting unit system has carried on the concrete implementation,including the system overall design,the variable pump + PQ valve + power conditioning unit system test platform construction,the system control precision and response degree test,etc,the proportion direction flow valve,implements the system in energy saving control of demand,energy saving control in injection molding machine for plastic processing enterprises reform work provides the reference.The fifth part is conclusion,based on the research of the injection molding machine hydraulic system and control system,summarizes the improve the quality of the product in the process of injection molding machine production,another possible way to reduce energy consumption,to achieve the plastics industry,to reduce the production cost,energy saving and emission reduction and comprehensive upgrading old injection molding machine of to have certain significance for the development of energy-efficient direction.
