| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,the population shows a rapid upward trend,and then on the living water,industrial water demand is increasing year by year,to a certain extent,to bring a different degree of water quality hazards,Water pollution is getting worse.Industrial waste water is one of the main sources of water pollution in China.It has the characteristics of large discharge of sewage,high pollutant type and high pollutant concentration,and is gradually paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars and related researchers.Based on this,this paper,combined with the actual situation in China,the characteristics of SBR process and the treatment of industrial waste water related experimental research to effectively improve the SBR process of industrial waste water treatment efficiency and improve the treatment effect for China’s environmental pollution control technology improvement and upgrading Lay the foundation for research.In this paper,the development process of SBR process,the characteristics of the process,the mechanism of the removal of different pollutants and the factors influencing the effect of SBR process were discussed.The SBR process was used to deal with industrial wastewater,and the best SBR process was determined.The optimum operating parameters were as follows: the aeration time was 6 days,the DO concentration was 12 mg / L,the water temperature was 28 ℃,and the pH value was about 7.8.Under the above operating system,the CODCr removal rate of SBR was the highest,CODCr removal rate can reach 66%,under the best operating parameters,SBR system for the treatment of industrial sewage in the removal of pollutants is ideal.At the same time,this paper analyzes and analyzes the influence of various influencing factors on the running effect of SBR process,and the relevant experimental conclusions are of great significance to the engineering application of SBR process. |
