Domestic coastal power plant has made significant development in the past decade and gradually became indispensable enterprise in people's livelihood and military fields.However,using ocean power always accompanied with biological fouling,which has been a serious threat to the normal operation of coastal power plant.How to prevent marine biological fouling is the major research focus of coastal power plant.Antifouling paint is not only the most widely used anti-fouling technology,but also the most effective anti-fouling measures.Since the tin-based anti-fouling paint has been banned,self-polishing antifouling paint with high performance are urgently needed in domestic.In this paper,a new type of antifouling resin was used to prepare a kind of biological anti-fouling coating,which was suitable for the special environment of coastal power plant.The influence of each component on the antifouling performance of the coating was also discussed.The main research content is divided into four parts:1.Survey of seaworthy fouling organisms in coastal power plants.The fouling biological survey is mainly divided into three parts: the biological investigation of the costal fouling organisms,the water intake facility and data processing.The survey results show that the main fouling organisms in coastal power aera are barnacles,mussels and oysters.2.Anti-sea biological anti-fouling coating development.According to results of the survey about marine organisms in coastal power plant,a new type of main chain breaking polyurethane resin was screened as the film forming component of antifouling coating,which solved the problem that the coastal power plant affected the release of antifouling agent due to the slow water flow rate.3.Through the comparative experiment,the influence of each component on the antifouling performance of antifouling paint was discussed.Combined with the test of copper ion exudation rate,The best formulation for the new anti-fouling coating was obtained.4.Through real sea hanging board experiment,this anti-fouling coatings can function effectively more than 1 year in costal power plant.
