Study On Search And Rescue Electronic Chart Workbench System Applicationbased On Beidou Satellite

Offshore oil region is vital areas of focus in Shengli oie field,it need keep safty and cleaner production.With development of Offshore oil region production,the number of oil projects and wokers is rising.Significant futher acceleration in sudden man-overboard is likely because of bad weather.Search trawled and rescue effort require a lot of manpower and resources,heavy workload,and the the result is not ideal.This thesis has made research on Beidou navigation and positioning satellite system and implenmentation on SRECWS(search and rescue electronic chart workbench system)based on Beidou navigation and positioning satellite system data packets.By using life jacket with positioning capabilities and SRECWS,people can attain the goal efficiently.This thesis mainly includes:development on elecronic terminals;design an integration on life jacket with positioning capablities,construction on positioning network link and information integration.At last,perfoemance of the SRECWS is given,the people in the water can be positioned in 5 seconds;the SRECWS can alarm with sound and light warning in 30 seconds;the recuers can received message for help in 3 minutes;search party report can produced in 3 minutes.By using SRECWS,it provide a system which can improve the effiency of rescue operations,minimize damage and avoid loss of life.
