In recent years,a variety of natural disasters and emergencies occur frequently,and the safety of many victims has been threatened.Therefore,how to receive timely rescue information and take rescue actions to protect the personal safety of victims has become a problem that can't be ignored.Beidou emergency search and rescue system based on the "cloud + terminal" is an emergency rescue command and dispatch system based on the Beidou navigation system.Users use the terminal equipment to transmit the rescue information to the Beidou command center through the short message function of the Beidou system.However,in the process of real-time communication of the Beidou short message,there is a problem of limited message length,and only 120 Chinese characters can be transmitted at a time.The limit of capacity is not enough to meet the needs of the users.In the process of transmission of short messages,due to the large amount of data,it may lead to network congestion.Therefore,how to optimize the system and improve the working efficiency of the system has become an urgent problem.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a system optimization plan.At the application level,this paper proposes a method of information compression for the short message length of Beidou.Using the Chinese word segmentation algorithm,the Beidou short message is divided into Beidou dictionary index code,and then the final compressed message is obtained through the compression algorithm;At the network layer,a Fuzzy-PID Active Queue Management(AQM)algorithm is proposed for the problem that large data volume may cause network congestion.The AQM algorithm combines the fuzzy theory with the traditional PID control algorithm to solve the problem of the lack of flexibility of traditional algorithms in the face of complex network environments.Finally,this paper conducts a detailed test on the proposed system optimization scheme.The simulation experiment results show that the scheme realizes the compressed transmission of the Beidou short message at the application layer,and provides a reliable compression transmission method for the Beidou short message;at the network layer,the new AQM algorithm can effectively process the system's congestion control and achieve system optimization.
