Study On The Influential Factors Of SMEs’ Safety Production Behavior And The Prevention Control Measures

SMEs already an important part of China’s economic society,plays a decisive role in maintaining sustainable and stable development of China’s national economy,increasing employment opportunities and stimulating domestic demand.However,in positive affirmation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)on making a great contribution to the national economy,we must as well be aware of the problems of SMEs in the process of rapid development.Managers pay too much attention to production efficiency while neglecting the safe production and occupationalhealth,resulting in occasional safety accidents.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the influential factors of SMEs’ safe production behavior and to explore the measures to prevent and control the unsafe production behaviors of employees in SMEs.This paper makes an in-depth study on the influencing factors of the SMEs’ safety production behavior by using the ISM and empirical analysis.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Using the explanatory structural model method to explain the influential factors of SMEs’ safety production behavior,establish the framework of the explanatory structure model of influencing factors and analyze the relationship among the factors,dividing the influential factors into root factors,key factors and direct factors;(2)Using the empirical analysis to verify the root influence on safe production behaviorincluding governmental supervision,safety training and leadership;(3)Based on the root factors,the key factors and the direct factors,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to prevent and control the unsafe production behavior of SMEs.The study found that the influencing path of SMEs’ safe production behavior is "root causes → key factors → direct factors → safe production behavior".Among them,the root factor is the most fundamental factor which affects the safe production behavior,including the staff education level,the government supervision,the safety training,the leadership attention.Among these root factors,the government regulation has the most significant influence on safe production behavior,followed by safety training and leadership attention.Therefore,it is concluded that if we want to prevent and control the unsafe production of SMEs,we should strengthen the government supervision,improve the safety education and training system and optimize the enterprise safety management organization and structure.The results of this study have important referential value and referential significance for the SMEs to prevent and control employees’ unsafe production behavior.
