Because of the bad running conditions and complex structure of shearer,the developers need to use different professional software with strong professional skills to meet the performance requirements during the design process.From the point of companies,the training of a comprehensive professional team requires a lot of research funds.To meet the needs of advanced technology further funds should be invested to purchase high-performance computers.At present,the CAE software in the company is applied in a standalone environment,which is inefficient in the utilization of computer software and hardware.It not only wastes the resource and increases the burden on company,but also reduces the efficiency of product development.To solve these problems the dynamic analysis system of shearer cutting part based on ADAMS in web environment is developed in this paper.According to the system design target and the user's demand,the system function is divided into 4 subsystems: parametric simulation,model upload and simulation,simulation record,video display.After analyzing and comparing the three modes of the computer network system,it is concluded that the Browser/Server model is the most suitable model of the system,based on which,the system structure is designed.Based on in-depth study of the module function,interface types and simulation methods of ADAMS,two key technologies are put forward to call ADAMS on Browser/Server mode.The ADAMS virtual prototyping technology is applied to the online network dynamic simulation of the shearer cutting part motion mechanism successfully.On the ASP.NET platform,using Visual Studio 2015 as the development tool,CSS+DIV and HTML are used to design the web page layout.Using C#.NET as the development language,the online parametric simulation subsystem is accomplished by combining ADAMS data language file with simulation control file and the upload model simulation subsystem is accomplished by using ADAMS macro command language.According to the users' needs,a dual database mode based on SQL Server and Microsoft Office Excel is designed.C#.NET,ADO.NET and OLEDB.NET are adopted to achieve the query,check,delete and downloading of the simulation record.The video play function is accomplished by referencing the COM of Windows Media Player.After rigorous testing and application examples,it is concluded that the interface of the system is friendly and the system can be operated easily and responses rapidly,which meet the basic needs of customers.The dynamic analysis system of shearer cutting part based on ADAMS in web environment can optimize the utilization of the company computer and network resources and effectively alleviate the contradiction between the increasing company demand of the simulation technology and the lack of research funds.Developers can cooperate and design remotely and exchange and share simulation analysis information conveniently and quickly without space limit.The key design technology of this system has a high theoretical and practical reference value for other mechanical products based on web.
