The scraper conveyor is the most important equipment of fully mechanized mining face underground coal mine fully mechanized mining equipment.In this paper,the domestic and international development process and the status quo of scraper conveyor,and introduces the basic structure of armored face conveyor,and analysis the current our country armored face conveyor design problems.Because the research of line pan is related to the structure design,strength theory,mechanics,materials science,optimization theory and comprehensive system of discipline and the theory of engineering,the continuous progress of the development and the demand of coal mine and basic industries are closely related,it is particularly important to optimize so central groove.In order to meet the working surface equipment for continuous operation,should improve operational efficiency,strengthening the study on central trough strengthen reliability etc.This paper combining with the actual working conditions and the use of the finite element analysis method,the middle trough of armored face conveyor are analyzed.First of all,it discusses the basic theory and principle of optimization methods,introduces the common optimization methods and software.Then the force analysis and calculation of the central groove according to the actual working condition,and then to carry on the entity modeling of line pan according to the data using 3D drawing software Pro/E,and then the model is imported into ANSYS software to analyze strength,get the central groove stress nephogram.Considering the results of stress analysis,processing the feasibility,determine the optimal region.Then the definition of design variables,state variables,the objective function in ANSYS,parameter modeling,the final optimization.Finally,check the strength of the middle groove after optimization,the results show that the middle groove after optimization of the original conditions meet the requirements,the stress distribution is more uniform and reasonable,can improve the mine fully mechanized working face of coal mine armored face conveyor production capacity and reliability,solved the strength analysis and structure optimization problem of middle trough of armored face conveyor in complex stress condition.Middle trough of armored face conveyor on the basis of theory research,the current domestic theoretical research reports and experimental research data is less,can query to only some of the industry standard.Therefore hope that through this topic research,solve the problem of strength analysis and structure optimization of middle trough of armored face conveyor in complex stress conditions,to improve the mine fully mechanized working face of coal mine production capacity and reliability of armored face conveyor.
