As diesel standards has become increasingly harsh,the people environmental protection consciousness gradually strengthened,the traditional hydrodesulfurization difficult to remove thiophene compounds,for this situation,choose biological diesel desulfurization.Take 4s desulfurization bacterium as immobilized target strains,laboratory preparation of functional magnetic carrier(FMMC),amphiphilic zeolite(AZ).Use two carriers to make magnetic responsiveness and amphiphilic experiment,FT-IR analysis,XRD,BET and SEM or TEM characterization.Results show that the vehicle modified with functional groups,large specific surface area,porous,crystal phase structure is good.In the preparation of functional magnetic carrier,amphiphilic zeolite as immobilized carrier,useninhydrin colorimetry measuring amount of solid bacteria.Experimental results show that FMMC optimal conditions for solid bacteria: pH7.5,temperature 25?,time of 30 h;AZ is: pH6.5,temperature 30?,time of 18 h.Used n-hexadecane as the simulation of the oil phase,Dibenzothiophene(DBT)as target compound desulphurization experiment.when the initial DBT concentration is lower than 50 mg/L desulfurization rate above 95%;When initial concentration of DBT is 100 mg/L,FMMC desulfurization rate of 73%,AZ is 61%,pure bacteria was 67%.With the increase of initial concentration of DBT,immobilized bacteria desulphurization rate is higher than pure bacteria.In the carrier reused experiments,after using six times,FMMC desulfurization rate reduce from 77% to 16%;AZ from 64% to 45%;Pure bacteria desulphurization rate reduced more than immobilized bacteria,after six times only 3%.AZ desulfurization rate is 3% higher than FMMC without Twain's 80,the stability of AZ is better than FMMC.By identify the biological desulfurization(BDS)emulsion known it was O/W emulsion.Using methanol,ethanol,propanol,isopropanol,isoamyl alcohol as demulsifier,the dehydration rate has been calculated at different times,because of ethanol with strong polarity and small difference density to emulsion,so its demulsification result is best,the dehydration rate can get 88.3% after two hours.
