Mechanical production system as a large electricity user has been the key point of energy-saving reform in oil field.Motor is the core node of energy consumption in mechanical production system,most of the energy saving motor is suitable for working under uniform load,and can't meet the current standard of energy-saving motor efficiency evaluation,therefore,a pumping unit alternating load dynamic loading system is to be developed,providing effective means for energy saving motor evaluation.This paper studies the pumping rod load type and characteristics,analyzes the pumping movement of the suspension point,based on the depth understanding of the working mechanism of DC motors and three-phase asynchronous motors,demonstrates the existing pumping unit load simulation program and analyzes its strengths and weaknesses,pumping load simulation of dynamic load control system was designed and developed.By using the DC motor for pumping motor load,the DC converter to control a DC motor to produce dynamic load,and simulates real load conditions of pumping.The system includes hardware and control software,in hardware circuit,the DSP module as the corn processor,combined with signal processing,data transmission and power supply circuit,control software mainly is the PC software that was developed by VB language,it's main functions are data import and export,the algorithm runs,the curve display,data storage,the command sent,the results analysis and database management.Using DSP data acquisition circuit to acquire pumping motor parameters,communicates the PC software via TCP/IP protocol,the PC software exchanges the command with DSP to control the DC converter to control the DC motor to produce the required dynamic load,therefore,it can be based on different pumping data that imported by PC software to simulate pumping conditions accurately.After the completion of the system hardware and software design platform to build and debug the electrical parameters of measurement accuracy,by repeatedly testing test in motor laboratory to simulate real conditions of different pumping,eventually it's proved that the system can more accurately evaluate the effectiveness of different types of energy-saving motors pumping,oil field avoid the loss that blind use of energy-saving motors,and greatly reduce the cost of motor tests in the past,and achieved it's desired goal.
