The ecosystem provides the necessary resource foundation for the survival and development of human beings.It can realize the balance of substance and energy,and has an important role in maintaining the sustainable development of human society.However,the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of resources,leading to ecological environmental damage,the arable land has reducing,the global temperatures has rising,the ecosystem service function has decreasing,the frequent occurrence of various environmental problems seriously threaten human existence and development.Therefore,delineating reasonable ecological protection red,constructing ecological security pattern,effectively playing the service function of the ecosystem,and promoting the harmonious development of economy and nature are very necessary,which become one of the hot research field of current ecological science.At present,the delineation of ecological red line is still in the initial stage in our country,the related research is very limited,and the theoretical method is still not complete,so it has scientific value and practical significance to research scientific delineation method of ecological red line.This paper chooses Jincheng City of Shanxi Province as the research carrier,basing on ecological theory,anti-planning theory,landscape pattern theory and sustainable theory,established an index system and evaluation unit about the importance of the ecosystem services,using 3S technology,grid technology,spatial interpolation technology and superposition analysis method,through the superposition analysis to delineate the study area ecological protection red line area,and put forward the corresponding control measures,which can be used as theoretical basis for the delineation of ecological protection red line in other municipal areas,and can also be used as the basis for ecological protection and management in Jincheng city..The main research results are as follows:(1)Analysis of regional ecological environment characteristics: investigation and analysis of the current situation of regional natural environment and ecological protection,to identify the location of a total of 14 special protection area,through image correction,band information fusion,image enhancement and cutting method for remote sensing interpretation and data classification,evaluation and analysis of present situation of land use and vegetation coverage,clear regional ecological problems.(2)Ecological protection importance assessment: using the thought of hierarchical analysis,comparative and analysis the indicators of impact,select12 ecological protection importance evaluation indicators,establish the ecological protection importance complete evaluation index system construction and evaluation model,using the method of spatial interpolation,superposition analysis,combine single factor and multi factor evaluation.The results of the assessment are basically consistent with the actual ecological differentiation of the study area,and the evaluation results are reasonable and reliable.(3)Delineation of ecological protection red: base on the ecological protection importance evaluation results,in accordance with the service function of the importance level and ecological environment sensitivity level,through geographic information technology by using the method of spatial analysis,ecological protection zone delineation of the red line.The total area of ecological protection red line area 3466.20km2,accounting for 36.5% of the total area of the study area,mainly in Yangcheng County,Zezhou County,Lingchuan county and Qinshui county.The method is reasonable and feasible,and can be used for the delineation of the red line of other municipal areas.(4)The establishment of three-dimensional control system: according to the ecological protection of red lines to delineate the results,construction of ecological protection red line in the study area,classification,classification of three-dimensional control system,the control measures are feasible and can provide some reference for the management of the research area.
