Accumulator as an important element in fast forging hydraulic unit return system,to ensure the normal operation of fast forging hydraulic unit return system,to improve the dynamic quality,keep stability,extend the service life of equipment,auxiliary energy,plays an important role of reducing the noise.So,to choose the appropriate accumulator in the fast forging hydraulic unit return system is particularly important.In this paper,dynamic characteristics simulation analysis and experimental research of air accumulator and piston accumulator in fast forging hydraulic unit return system are analyzed.(1)First,from the accumulator structure,did a simple statement for its working process,and established the mathematical model of the air accumulator and piston accumulator,and dynamic and static characteristics of main parameters of the air accumulator and piston accumulator in fast forging hydraulic unit return system are obtained.Next,mathematical models of valve flow equation,the return cylinder flow continuity equation,the return cylinder and beam of force balance equation and of position sensor of quick forging hydraulic unit return system are set up.(2)Next,for example of 10 MN fast forging hydraulic unit,using AMEsim software,simulation model of the bag type accumulator of fast forging hydraulic unit return system and the piston accumulator of fast forging hydraulic unit return system are established,further the impact of two accumulator fast forging hydraulic unit return system are analyzed.Contrasts are found that in terms of frequency of fast forging hydraulic unit forging,adopting with piston accumulator of fast forging hydraulic unit return system is 1.17 times than air accumulator of fast forging hydraulic unit return the system.(3)According to the 10 MN fast forging hydraulic system with return system,the experiment schemes are designed.The simulation and experiment comparison of the influence of the different initial air pressure and volume on the forging frequency,respectively to the piston accumulator,are found that the experimental results agree well with the simulation results..
