The fast forging press is widely used in aerospace,automobile and other fields,but because of its high pressure,large flow and frequent commutation,it is easy to produce large impact vibration on the body of the fast forging press.In this paper,the 0.6MN fast forging press is taken as the research object,and the structural mechanics analysis and finite element analysis are carried out around its vibration characteristics.Based on the multi-body dynamics theory,the electromechanical hydraulic integrated full flexible body modeling and simulation are carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the elastic dynamic analytical model of 0.6MN fast forging press is established,and the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic press are analyzed by using this model.The correctness of the model is verified by the simulation analysis using the finite element software ANSYSSecondly,the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS and the hydraulic system modeling software AMESim are used to establish the system's electromechanical hydraulic co-simulation model.On this basis,the vibration characteristics of various working conditions of the hydraulic press are studied.Whether there is partial load or not,with the increase of forging force or reduction,the deformation,vibration amplitude,speed fluctuation and stability time of the hydraulic press body mechanism increase in varying degrees,and the maximum equivalent stress and equivalent effect of the body also increase.Thirdly,the influence of pre-tightening force on the vibration characteristics of the fast forging press is studied.The mechanism of the pre-tightening force is explored,and the modal analysis is carried out by using ANSYS to change the pre-tightening force.It is found that the pre tightening force can obviously increase the natural frequency of the frame and reduce the displacement amplitude of the structural vibration mode;under the normal working condition of the hydraulic press,the pre tightening force has an obvious inhibition effect on the vibration of the frame,and the deformation,amplitude and stability time of the frame are reduced to a certain extent.It is proved that the pre-tightening force has a positive effect on improving the bearing capacity of the structure.Finally,the experiment of 0.6MN fast forging press is carried out,and the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic press are sampled according to the key factors such as bias load,forging force and deformation.The correctness of the simulation model is verified by comparing the data of vibration amplitude and attenuation time under various working conditions with the simulation;and the experiment is carried out for the forging frequency of the fast forging press.Under the working condition of fast forging,the frequency affects the vibration of the press Dynamic has a significant impact.When the frequency is higher than 1Hz,the vibration caused by the collision between the moving beam and the workpiece has a great impact on the vibration characteristics of the press.Moreover,with the increase of the fast forging frequency,the unloading vibration and the two adjacent collision vibration will overlap,which makes the press always in the unfavorable vibration condition.
