As one of the key equipments used in ultra-deep coal mine,winding hoist depends on the wire rope winding around the drum to guarantee its safety and reliable operation,the frictional characteristics of contact friction pair between layers directly affect the service life of wire rope in multi-layer winding process.Supported by the National Key Basic Research Program of China,the research on impact friction of winding rope was studied,aiming to master the frictional characteristics and tribological damage mechanism of winding rope between layers.These studies and the findings are important to provide a support for the design of the multi-layer winding hoist in the ultra-deep coal mine to improve the service life of wire rope.First,it is successful to master the winding arrangement law,guiding rule and the force among wire ropes through the theory study of the hoisting rope around the drum in the multi-layer winding process.Furthermore,the causes of the impact phenomenon were analyzed.Second,according to the interlayer friction condition of winding hoisting rope,an impact friction tester was developed and a series of friction tests were conducted.The changing rule of friction coefficient,temperature-rise and wear surface morphology with load,sliding velocity were mastered under dry condition and lubrication condition of oil and water without impact.Then,the changing rule of impact friction coefficient and wear surface morphology with impact load,impact velocity and sliding velocity were analyzed under dry condition and lubrication condition with impact.What's more,the tribological damage mechanism of wire rope was explored.At last,combined with the wire rope's properties as well as friction contact characteristics,the static stretching finite element model of wire rope was established and then simulated the static stretching process to master the stress and strain distribution of wire rope;In addition,the impact finite element model of interlayer wire ropes was established and the impact behavior between ropes were simulated.The equivalent stress,the change rule of energy and the plastic strain were mastered in the impact process;What's more,the sliding finite element model of wire rope was established.The thermal-stress finite element simulation of three-dimensional spiral contact behavior among wire ropes was researched and the change rule of the temperature-rise and equivalent stress on the sliding friction surface of wire rope were mastered.Then,the results of simulation analysis compared with test results,the rationality of the finite element model are validated.
