With the continuous progress of urbanization in our country,the scale of schools and residential areas is expanding.In this large area of greening,the amount of deciduous garbage is also showing an explosive growth trend.At present,the amount of deciduous garbage is very large,so the workload of clearing deciduous garbage is increased.The sweeping of former sanitation workers has brought enormous difficulties.According to the survey,most of the street,park,campus and other defoliation sweeping in most cities are manual sweeping,which is inefficient and labor intensive.The main way to deal with defoliation is burning.This not only pollutes the atmosphere,seriously damages the environment,but also causes serious waste of resources,which is not conducive to the secondary utilization of defoliation.On the other hand,with the rapid development of our economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,in today's society with the rapid development of information technology,efficient life has become the dominant part of people's lives.At the same time,the development and application of various advanced machinery,the traditional way of defoliation cleaning has completely failed to keep up with the pace of today's era.Now that we have entered the electrical age,it is imperative to replace the existing defoliation cleaning methods.Improve the efficiency of defoliation clearance and implement sustainable development in an all-round way.With the rapid development of new energy sources and the emergence of energy-saving products,there is no doubt that the defoliation collection and crushing device has large-scale development conditions and commercial prospects.There are many studies on the defoliation sweeper at home and abroad,but there are few designs for the specific goal of crushing.This paper uses TRIZ innovation theory as the main research method.Compared with other innovative methods,TRIZ theory combines the advantages of various innovative methods and provides a comprehensive and efficient way of thinking for solving different innovative problems.In this paper,TRIZ theory is applied to design and study the crushing mechanism for the purpose of effective defoliation crushing,and an easy-to-use and effective defoliation cleaning and crushing machine is developed.Specific research work is as follows:(1)According to TRIZ theory,the roadside stone cleaning machine is analyzed systematically and contradictory.Through the deduction of TRIZ theoretical steps,it is concluded that TRIZ innovative theory suitable for this design study includes:No.1 segmentation,No.3 partial mass,No.5 combination combination,No.7 nesting,No.11 precaution,No.13 reverse action,No.15 dynamic characteristics,No.34 abandonment or regeneration,No.35 physical and chemical parameter changes;the TRIZ standard solution suitable for this design study is No.9 adding new substances to remove harmful effects;No.20 field structure;No.21 material structure.(2)According to the relevant conclusions of TRIZ,three different overall institutional schemes and crushing schemes are proposed.The evaluation of these schemes shows that the scheme of using blades to crush defoliation is the best.The feasibility of the scheme was verified by comparing relevant technical manuals.It is determined that the number of flying knives of the pulverizing device is two,which is the best pulverizing effect,and the three-phase asynchronous motor is the best in the selection of the motor.(3)Using vegetation restoration technology after crushing defoliation,the crushed defoliation is decomposed,fermented,compressed,packaged,stored and released into the seed of plants,and many other necessary materials are added.Through advanced wet spraying technology,the soil suitable for plant growth is made on the bare rock slope destroyed by vegetation.So that the slope can quickly form an ideal plant community.(4)Appearance design of car body with block elements.This design basically realizes the automation of defoliation collection and defoliation grinding.It may have broad application prospects in urban sanitation application,and provides a valuable reference for roadside stone cleaning.
