The three-dimensional textile composite material have specific properties,such as high Toughness,high shear yield intensity,high rigid,light-weight,high temperature resisting,anticorrosion,high density.There are many application whitch new energy field in the future.Three-dimensional Multi-rapier Loom is the basic equipment which weave this the three-dimensional textile composite material.Three-dimensional Multi-rapier Loom involve six major agencies,this is winding down frame,shedding mechanism,weft insertion mechanism,beating construction,selvedge apparatus,et-off mechanism.The six major institutions mutually coordinate,the yarn be lead from et-off mechanism,through the open institutions,weft insertion mechanism and selvedge apparatus.The three institutions adapting works and weaving three dimensional fabric,then into the cloth fell by beating construction,finally go through winding down framean and weaving the three-dimensional textile composite material.This paper has showed the design of new three-dimensional loom be improvement that compared conventional three-dimensional loom,design a three-dimensional loom be suitable for large-scale producing.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzed some kinds of organization structure of 3-D fabric in detail,which used the basic Angle interlocking structure to design a new type of profiled fabric,thendescribed the weaving method of this kind structure by looming draft.Secondly,this paper provide optimization proposal of six agencies of three-dimensional textile composite material: For shedding mechanism proposed more than double heald frame eye heddle design train of thought,simplifies the open space.forweft insertion mechanism proposed screw drive rapier weft insertion scheme,thisscheme improve the efficiency of beating-up.For selvage institutions designed a newtype with yarn,ensure smooth shuttle weaving with yarn machine mouth at thesame time,improves the carrying amount of yarn.For the winding down frame,putforward to use needle with wedge belt winding roller coiling three dimensionalfabric,reduce yarn and mechanism of friction.Finally,this paper design the principle diagram of the three-dimensional rapierloom large institutions with CAD software.design the virtual prototype with Pro/Esoftware.Modal analysis was carried out on the core institutions with ANSYS Workbench software.Thus it is concluded that the three-dimensional rapier looms,the optimal parameters of various agencies,determine the best combination form of various agencies,for the three dimensional rapier loom production has a guiding significance.
