In order to reduce the haze,China vigorously promote clean energy,as a clean energy LNG filling stations have been rapid development,By the end of 2015,there are about 2300 LNG filling station.LNG pipeline station.Station of LNG pipeline, namely the storage tank to the vacuum tube of liquid filling machine,In the process of production and operation, there is no use vacuum on-line detecting device, can not discover vacuum pipeline leakage, therefore LNG station of LNG pipeline leakage has become a major security risk. For LNG station of LNG in vacuum pipeline safety problems, this paper suggests a solution based on the smart mesh IP of low power consumption intelligent wireless temperature sensor.Selection of LINERA of LTP5901 low-power wireless module, with solar interface of DC / DC power supply module LTC3330,with high precision and low power consumption of the 24 bit delta sigma ADC LTC2484,To plan out a node that uses energy savings to collect and use wireless data transmission data.Filling station of LNG vacuum pipe generally 15-30,each segment placed a temperature detection sensor(Mote),if a vacuum tube leakage, the temperature change rate greater than other vacuum tube temperature change rate,Changes in ambient temperature, environment temperature points fabric characteristics,A data model is set up,which can quickly determine the specific location of the leakage of the vacuum tube, and make the warning through the system. This subject is a sub subject of filling stations in the whole life cycle management system,Is a very important component of the,Sinopec in Zhuhai Cuiwei stations to use good, welcomed by users.
