Tension Level Stretch Bending Straightening Machine(Tension Level Stretch Bending Straightening Machine,TL)as the last process after the cold rolling process,the main function is that strip go through the cleaning system to wash strip surface residual oil and aluminum powder,then go through tension rollers and bending rolls part to be stretched and bended,to improve the strip flatness and shape.The rewinder winds the strip to a coil again.TL machine used to improve the production quality in the finish process,eliminate the strip surface wave,and improve the strip surface straightness.But due to the design and machining accuracy are not enough,it also happen some quality problems during production process.For example,If elongation controller problem,it also damage the strip shape,such as S shape?single edge wave or double edges wave;Or rewinder tension value unstable,it may lead strip tail stick injury.All of these quality problems will seriously affect the rate of finished products.In this article,according to learn and study the main drive control system of TL of our company,analyze logical principle and calculate principle and how it come true.According to the machine control systems,elongation control;tension control and speed control,to guarantee stability of the speed and tension.Use the conventional PID control into elongation control parameters,to analysis the elongation control system.To adopt the regulation 4th and 5th tension rollers speed control mode to elongation control system,reduce the speed of 4th and 5th tension rollers undulate due to the environment changes in the process of production,then keep the elongation value stability.Finally,analysis rewinder drive control system,rewinder drive need to compensate the change of torque when the line speed up or down,to ensure the tension of rewinder stability,then derived the main parameter of rewinder algorithm,such as speed and torque set value algorithm.According to experience,eliminate all of the relevant factors,by recording the main real-time data tracking during production process in Wincc,discuss an outstanding quality problem which is vertical strip tail stick injury during speed up and down.Adopts closed-loop control of rewinder theory actual tension value to optimize the dynamic torque controller,to improve the dynamic compensation,in other word,make the rewinder torque change become smooth when the line slow down,to guarantee the stability of coil ends.Through the theory summary and improve the control system,improve the machine running stability and production quality.At the same time,it will be easy to resolve the equipment faults and quality problems in the future,it can reduce maintain time,improve production efficiency,also reduce the bad products rate,improve the rate of finished products.
