| Viscosity reduction of high-condensing crude oil to prevent wax formation and sustain normal production should be studied,aiming at the problem of high freezing point and serious paraffin deposit of the seabeach oilfield,especially for the low temperature of seabeach areas,and the limited artificial island and field,the crossover operation of drilling and workover occupy wellhead groove.On the basis of characteristic of high wax content of seabeach oilfield and wax formation rule,experimental study of crude oil chemical modification has been carried on and three crude oil modifying agent of KYGX-1A、KYGX-2A、KYGX-3A has been developed.Wax formation test before and after chemical modifier under the different temperature,different water cut has been carried out.It is found that wax can’t be formed above the temperature of wax precipitation point and the amount of wax deposition increases with the decrease of water in emulsified oil before a phase inversion point and the amount of wax deposition falls dramatically with the increase of water in emulsified oil after the phase inversion point below the temperature of wax precipitation point.Three kinds of typical single well were selected to choose optimal oil modifier and drug concentration.It is found that oil modifier KYGX-1A(0~10%)is suitable for low water cut oil well paraffin,KYGX-2A(10~50%)is suitable for medium water cut oil well paraffin,KYGX-3A suitable for high water cut oil well paraffin(greater than 50%),the best dosing concentration is 1.0 ‰.The results of the low,medium and high containing water well crude oil mining field test shows that the modified crude oil for wax control can prolong the cycle to 1 months and steady the produced fluid volume;Chemical waxing can completely replace the mechanical paraffin;Modified paraffin oil combined with chemical paraffin removal,can effectively guarantee the well under special conditions(such as drilling or workover)of normal production. |
