Based on the construction of digital workshop of Y company,the layout planning of CNC grinding machine assembly shop is researched.The foundation for digital transformation of enterprise production system is built.The main contents of this thesis are as follow:The integral assembly process,whole assembly process and the materiel flow chart of the CNC grinding machine are analyzed concretely.By analyzing the production status of the assembly workshop,the problems of the assembly workshop in layout,logistics route,material handling distance and site management are concluded.According to the constraints of workshop layout,the preliminary layout plan is established by system layout planning(SLP)method based on the analysis of the logistics,non-logistics and comprehensive relationship among different operating units.Considering the influence of handling tools on the material transportation time and transportation cost,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of assembly shop layout is established.Based on the preliminary design of SLP method,the mathematical model of the assembly shop layout is established.The mathematical model of workshop layout is solved by designing chromosome coding,fitness function and genetic operation.Finally,the genetic algorithm solutions are evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process.The ingredients warehouse is took as an example,according to the differences in size,shape and quality of the parts,the layout of the ingredients warehouse is analyzed.The number of pallet and shelf needed for storage parts is calculated,the area of batching warehouse is divided and calculated.Finally,the layout planning of warehouse is implemented by using field management method.The research results of this thesis can improve the logistics efficiency and reduce the logistics cost of the CNC grinding machine assembly workshop,lay the foundation for the digital transformation of the production system of the enterprise,and the competitiveness of enterprises is improved.
