Research On Layout Optimization Of CR Company Based On SLP And Genetic Algorithm

The layout of the production workshop is closely related to the production cost and production efficiency of the enterprise.Good workshop facilities can effectively help enter:prises reduce production costs and improve production efficiency,thus improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,some domestic enterprises,especially manufacturing enterprises,have limited application of relevant theories and methods of facility layout due to factors such as management level and personnel quality,and there are many problems in the unreasonable production layout.This paper focuses on the layout of CR's workshop facilities.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of CR company,production process and the status quo of each operation unit,and uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to analyze the relationship between material handling and non-logistics.It is found that CR has serious production layout problems and needs to be improved and optimized.Then,using the System Facilities Arrangement(SLP)method,the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship in CR production process are systematically analyzed,and the comprehensive relationship is given.Figure and position correlation diagram,and refer to the position correlation diagram to obtain two sets of initial layout schemes;finally,the genetic algorithm is used to further optimize the scheme,and the mathematical model is established with the goal of minimizing material transportation cost and maximizing non-logistics relationship,and designing genetics.The algorithm is solved,and the optimized facility layout scheme is finally obtained,and the results are compared and analyzed before and after to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.The value of this paper is to apply the relevant theories and methods of facility layout in the actual production of the enterprise,help CR company to optimize the layout of the production workshop,reduce the material handling cost in the production process,and improve the production efficiency.The facility layout optimization method combined with the SLP method and the genetic algorithm used in this paper has certain reference significance for other similar manufacturing enterprises to optimize the layout of the workshop.
