With the improvement of living standards,people have more time for physical exercise,therefore,for the comfort of sports socks put forward higher requirements,especially the heat and humidity comfort.During exercise,the temperature and humidity on the skin surface of the feet will vary due to the different exercise intensity.In addition,the difference of the sports and socks fabrics also affects the changes of temperature and humidity.Therefore,the effects of different sportswear fabrics,The impact of temperature and humidity is particularly important.Ten kinds of sports socks which are common in the market were selected to test the basic parameters(such as thickness,square weight,longitudinal and transverse coil density)and heat Wet comfort performance(such as: fabric drying speed,moisture permeability,air permeability,wicking and thermal resistance),first of all,through the fuzzy mathematical method of 10 kinds of sports socks integrated sort by testing the thermal comfort performance of sports socks,fuzzy The close value method in mathematics made a comprehensive evaluation of 10 kinds of sports socks fabrics,the results showed that the thermal and moisture comfort performance of cotton and cotton blended sports socks was better.Secondly,the correlation analysis between basic parameters and comfort performance of the test was carried out.Then,they are analyzed by factor analysis,and the basic parameters and comfort performance are determined on the load of each factor,and the factors are extracted to prepare for the subsequent modeling.First,the temperature was collected by an infrared imaging camera while still,each moving at 5 km / h for 15 min in the same environment,and then collecting the temperature of the soles.The total data of the eight sites measured were extracted by the Dali Infrared Report Analysis System,the maximum value was extracted before and after exercise,and the maximum and minimum values were extracted and 30 students were selected.The body surface temperature of the foot was basically described and statistically analyzed.The results showed that the temperature changes of the four parts 3,5,7,8 were relatively large.Therefore,the temperature and humidity of the four parts were measured and analyzed subsequently.In the test of temperature and humidity,in order to avoid being influenced by the external environment,we stipulated that the test should be carried out under the temperature of(25 ? 2)0C and the humidity of(65 ? 5)%.Select five regular exercise of people in the experiment,before each experiment,first let the experimenter in the required environment to wear socks to be tested and uniform shoes to rest 30 min,let them speed at 4km / h,5km / h,6km / h,7km / h,8km / h exercise intensity wearing better comfortable performance of three pairs of different sports socks 30 min,and then within the specified temperature and humidity within the environment to rest 40 min,during the entire movement the temperature and humidity were tested for the first time at the start of exercise(t = 0)and then every 5 minutes until the end of the entire experiment(t = 70).Through the analysis of measured temperature and humidity data shows that the temperature and humidity will increase with the exercise intensity and temperature and humidity changes and sports socks fabrics also have some relations,such as:thermal resistance is the impact of temperature One factor,moisture permeability,wicking,drying speed,thickness,and square weight of gram has some degree of influence on humidity.In order to analyze the influence of different sports socks fabrics on the heat-moisture comfort more extensively,one regular exercise person(close to the standard body 160 / 84A)was used to test 10 sports socks respectively.According to the above experimental conditions and steps,Humidity were tested.The influence of basic parameters and thermal comfort on the skin temperature and humidity of plantar skin were analyzed.The corresponding model was established by using BP neural network and the other two different kinds of sports socks were used to verify the model to ensure the accuracy of the model Degree,the model fitting degree is greater than 94%,the accuracy rate is higher,and the other two kinds of sports socks were selected for testing,the model was established by the prediction fitting,the fitting degree was92.6%,so the model can be more accurate To predict the temperature and humidity,for the development of sports socks to provide data support.
