| With the rapidly increasing of living standards and the concept of healthy dressing deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the requirement of clothing comfort is becoming higher and higher.In addition to heat and moisture comfort and feeling comfort,pressure comfort has gradually become one of the key indicators in measuring clothing comfort in recent years.From the present study,the research on the comfort of the socks is mostly the pressure medical socks,the study of the pressure comfort of the female socks is very little.This paper studies the comfort of the sock mouth from two aspects: the human body and the socks opening.By analyzing the static pressure measurement data and combining the subjective wear experiment evaluation,the range of the pressure index was determined.Sox inlet pressure and the human body structure was studied,the relationship between socks mouth specification and its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for manufacturers design comfortable socks,guide consumers to buy suitable socks.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through consulting literature and field surveys,we learned about the shape of socks and socks on the market.Thirty-three types of socks with different socks height,sock mouth width,sock mouth structure and socks material were woven as the experimental samples of this article.(2)An anthropometric experiment was performed.The measurement items included height,weight,and leg circumference,ankle circumference,heel length,foot length,and foot width at 5 cm above the left and right ankle circumferences.According to the classification of human body types,the measured human body is divided into 10 categories.Firstly,the body was divided into four groups based on the body type index of body index:Overweight(A type human body),mildly obese body(B type human body),slender body(C type human body)and normal body(D type human body);then the normal body was divided into 7 categories by cluster analysis(E~K human body,K class has the largest number of human bodies).One volunteer was selected from each category and a total of 10 volunteers were used as the experimental personnel for the sock mouth pressure measurement experiment and the subjective evaluation experiment of socks mouth comfort.(3)The pressure values of the ten experimental personnel of the tops were measured by Novel pressure test system.The overall distribution of the pressure at the socks opening was studied and the socks mouth pressure range under different leg sizes was obtained.Thefactors affecting the sock mouth pressure value were studied using the method of covariance analysis.The saliency analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of sock mouth pressure.(4)Using the YG026PC-500 type electronic fabric strength machine to carry out the sox mouth constant elongation stretch recovery experiments.The tensile properties were analyzed by means of saliency analysis,regression analysis.The effect of socks with different specifications on the tensile properties was analyzed using the method of significance analysis;four factors and three levels of orthogonal tests were designed on the basis of the saliency analysis,and the pulling force was determined by comparing the tensile forces of each group.Stretch performance excellent and bad socks mouth.(5)A certain evaluation scale is established to evaluate the comfort of the socks.The regression analysis method was used to obtain the regression equation of the subjective evaluation value,respectively.Through the test of the socks pressure test and the subjective evaluation of the pressure comfort of the hosiery,the comfort of each kind of human body felt comfortable and the corresponding tensile force interval was obtained.A: comfort pressure(2KPa to 5.38kpa),comfortable stretching force(1.9N to 3.4N).B: comfort pressure(5.88 KPa to 8.5kpa),comfortable stretching force(2.1N to 3N).C: comfort pressure(1.13 KPa to 4.13KPa),comfortable stretching force(1.9N to 3.4N).D: comfort pressure(1.25 KPa to 7.63KPa),comfortable stretching force(1.9N to 3.4N).In the D-type human body,most of the K-type humans have comfort pressures of(1.25 KPa to 4.5KPa). |
