In recent years,renewable resources recycling industry developed rapidly in China,however,the competition between industries intensified with the vigorously advocate of Country and guidance of industrial policies.Trapped in Economic depression and influenced by the fierce competitions,Heilongjiang Zhongyuan Company is facing unprecedented challenges.The construction of renewable resources recovery system is of great significance for the enterprises for renewable resource companies.This article take Heilongjiang Zhongyuan Company as an example,to analyze and study the recycling network system of renewable resources.In case part,it expounds the establishment and development,internal and external environment of the company,also the construction of renewable resources recovery network system when the company is facing difficulties.It will guide the company to solve the plight,also construct renewable resources recovery network system for renewable resource enterprises.In case analysis part,the first step is to analyze the internal and external environment of the company,and also the recycling network system of renewable resources,furthermore,we analyzed the existing problems in the implementation process.And then based on the forward analysis,we offer a proposal on the adjustment of the constructing recycling network system of renewable resources in Heilongjiang Zhongyuan Company.Finally,the supporting measures in the process of implementation are put forward based on the overall view and operability perspectives.
