Research On Production Monitoring And Management System Of Remote Region Oil Well For Changqing Oilfield

With the rapid development of technologies such as Internet of Things,Big Data,and Artificial Intelligence,the construction of digital oilfield in Changqing Oilfield has gradually improved and moved toward the intelligent oilfield.The Oilfield also have remote region oil well with remote locations and imperfect infrastructure,which are remote and backward.The occlusion of the environment and inconvenient transportation and communication have become the difficulties and priorities in implementing digital oilfield construction and improvement.This thesis takes the three operation areas in remote region of eleven oil production plant in Changqing Oilfield as the research object,analysis the characteristics of the production process and the status of production and management of remote region oil well,establishes the requirements of the production monitoring and management system for remote region oil well,and put forwards the program of the production monitoring and management system for remote region oil well based on the three-layer architecture of Internet of Things.The system was built from production information collection,production information transmission and monitoring management.In terms of hardware,the production information collection subsystem is composed of indicator,dynamic fluid level detector dynamic liquid surface detector,wireless level transmitter,infrared camera,etc.The production information transmission subsystem is made up of Ethernet and VPDN virtual networking.The monitoring and management platform is composed of monitoring management host,database server,video server,etc.In terms of software,through using ForceControl v2.1,and Oracle database based on B/S architecture to develop the production monitoring management application software for remote region oil well.Appling Grey GM(1,1)to construct intermittent pumping model.The functions of process parameter monitoring,video monitoring,alarm management,and inter-temporal prediction management are realized in production processes of remote region oil well.The practical application of remote region oil well production monitoring and management system shows that the system can monitor and manage the production status of remote region oil well,can predict the time of well pumping,can formulate a reasonable production plan for oil well and improve the production management level of oilfield.The system lays the foundation for the advancement of digitized and intelligent oilfield construction for Changqing Oilfield,and has certain application value for promotion.
