Oilfield water injection is one of the most important works in the oil productionprocess, oilfield waterflooding has the extremely vital significance in the process of oilfield development, it can remain underground through the control of water injection andcontrol of output water, it’s a very important technology to achieve long-term oil.In theactual water injection process, there are many problems in the artificial regulation of water,the workers could not stay at the same all the time, when it need to regulate the flow cannot be performed immediately, and it will affect the normal production because of ultrainjection or short phenomenon. This paper discusses the design of a single chipmicrocomputer based on MSP430 of oilfield water injection intelligent monitoring systemfor aiming at these conditions, realizing the water injection flow automatic monitoring,andthe fuzzy adaptive PID control is introduced into the control system. At the same timeconsidering oil field generally away from the power grid, powered by solar energy to themotor power, achieve the purpose of energy saving.This paper introduces the background of researching on the water flooding anddevelopment status at home and abroad firstly, and established oilfield intelligent infusionmonitoring system according to the oilfield water injection system structure and theinjection process, at the same time, it introduces the principle of measurement and controlsystem.In this paper, we choose the MSP430F5438 as the core of the system, and thenthansmitted the flow data which the ultrasonic flowmeter measured to the remote hostthrough GPRS, the flow error values by fuzzy adaptive PID controller calculates a controlvolume, through the single-chip PWM control of motor steering and speed control valveswitch, to regulate the purpose of water injection.At the last, we introduce the principle of the fuzzy adaptive PID control which isused as intermittent controller, and why it is better than the PID controller, which isvalidated by simulation.
