With the accelerated development of oil and gas fields,some oil and gas fields are rapidly entering the mid-to-late stage of their production life,which requires the use of stimulation measures such as fracturing,resulting in increased production and sand content of produced gas.Sand production from gas wells not only causes energy waste and serious environmental pollution,but also causes problems such as damage to process equipment,reduced production of gas fields,and reduced equipment work efficiency for actual production.In order to solve the problem of large sand content in oil and gas well production,the former people have successively developed various sand removing methods and supporting facilities.Some devices have a good separation effect,but they are somewhat unsatisfactory in terms of efficiency and performance.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the mechanism of gas-solid two-phase flow and the law of flow in the desander,designs a model of sand filter,and optimizes it.This paper firstly introduces the theoretical basis of gas-solid separation and the principle of particle layer filtration and separation used in the paper,and the key filtration device in the filter-type separator—the filter particle layer.The paper also introduces the characteristics,separation process and separation performance of the filter particle layer.Those provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the sand filter.The geometry model of the desander model is based on Fluent,a computer fluid dynamics software,and a DDPM model was used to analyze the sand remover containing the granular layer.The use of multi-grained solid particles in the simulation more realistically simulates the actual separation process and results in separation efficiency,validating the effectiveness of the design.A single factor analysis of the structural parameters of the filter type sand remover was performed to optimize the design and further verify the reliability of the filter type sand desander design.According to the optimization of the filter type sand remover for simulation,according to the study of different physical parameters,the influence of the parameter change on the separation performance of the sand remover is further analyzed,and a certain theoretical basis is proposed for the selection of working conditions in actual production.It provides a reference for the design of more efficient filter-type sand remover in future production practice.
