In offshore drilling equipment,the heave compensation device is a high technical equipment,indispensable.Through analyze and research of the existing common compensation device,and compared the traveling block,crown block,dead rope compensation mode,and analyzedthe existing active,passive,and semi-active winch heave compensation device's structure and control principle,considering the advantages and disadvantages of various compensation mode,selectingsemi-activehydraulic winch heave compensation system as the research object.When determining the winch heave compensation device,designing and calculating for the winch heave compensation device structure parameters,such as the related parameters of wire rope,the related parameters in the drum,fast line speed,torque,power and so on.With the relevant data of these structural parameters,the dynamic modeling of hoist heave compensation device is carried out.Then design calculation and selection for winch hydraulic components of the heave compensation system,such as calculating displacement ofpassive hydraulic motor,accumulator volume and initial pressure of calculation,displacement of active hydraulic motoretc.After comprehensive analysis and research on the traveling block and crown block hydraulic circuit,optimizedthe hydraulic circuit of the winch heave compensation system.There are two working modes of the hydraulic circuit of the hoisting compensation system of the winch.Finally,the drilling pressure of the winch heave compensation system is used as an analysis to study the effect of heave compensation.This winch heave compensation system is aimed at compensating bit pressure,and compared with the displacement as the heave compensation effect analysis,bit pressure can more directly show the effect.AMESim software is used to carry on the simulation modeling of the heave compensation system,and thensetting the parameters,determing the compensation condition,finally builting the batch operation,the moment of inertia of the winch drum,initial pressure and volume of accumulator,and hook load.There are four factors affecting is analyzed the effectsof the drilling pressure.
