Design Of Mine Ventilator Monitoring System Based On PLC

Programmable Logic Controller is a kind of universal industrial control apparatus,which takes microprocessor as its core and integrates information technology,automation control technology,networking communication technology.It is applied in more and more industry control fields with the characteristics such as convenient application,easy maintenance,well reliability,high performance-price ratio.Primary ventilators are the most important instruments of the colliery.Their working state can directly influence the coal producing processes.Therefore,online monitoring of the main fan there is of much significance.This paper designed an intelligent surveillance system of colliery ventilator based on SIEMENS S7-300PLC and Kingview 6.51,studying the coal mine ventilation system structure and putting forward its realization methods of software and hardware.It introduced the application of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)in ventilation system according to its working environment and operation characteristics;Discussed the system composition and the design of ventilator realization automatic control system;Included selection and configuration of hardware;While taking advantage of Kingview Software construct real-time monitoring system ventilator human machine interface,making the real-time monitoring become more intuitive,easy and clean.This paper establishes the overall structure and functional modeling of coal mine ventilator surveillance system based on PLC technology;study the control method and working principles,and selects type of fan power supply equipment and construct a complete set of primary power supply equipment for ventilator system.The real-time supervision interface by Kingview 6.51 software is designed in order to monitor the whole operation.This system realized the remote control and real-time supervision of performance parameter,state parameter and electric motor parameters of primary ventilator in order to ensure its economical and reliable operation.Moreover it also raised the automatic management level of the main fanner equipment,guaranteeing the economy of the main fanner equipment circulate credibility.For the management of the equipment and maintained,this system can provide dependable scientific warranty.
