The abnormal large vibration of piping of reciprocating compressor that is the core equipment of the gas storage may lead to piping fatigue,looseness of connection elements,even the fire and explosion of gas storage caused by leakage of the flammable and explosive gas of high temperature and pressure.It is proposed that Dynamic Vibration Absorber technology can be used in vibration control of piping due to some disadvantages of conventional vibration control,and the main contents are as follows:(1)The mechanics and characteristic of gas pulsation,resonance and self-oscillation are analyzed,basing on the mechanical construction and working principle of reciprocating compressor.Piping of primary exit safety valve where Dynamic Vibration Absorber technology is used in vibration control is obtained through vibration measurements and condition evaluation.(2)Based on the fix-point theory,the parameter design formulas of Single Dynamic Vibration Absorber are derived through the optimal design conditions.A design project of Double Dynamic Vibration Absorber is proposed and the parameter design formulas of DDVA are derived by curve fitting.The results show that the vibration of the primary system can be reduced by DDVA which has wider frequency response range.(3)Ten orders' natural frequencies and modes of piping model of primary exit safety valve that is established by SolidWorks are calculated,obtaining the the causes of vibration that is structure resonance of the first nature frequency.The conclusions drawn from the above are that design frequency of DDVA is 15.7Hz and the mounting position and direction of DDVA are pipe elbow and axis of main pipe.The mass,rigidity,damping and structure of DDVA are calculated and the results of modal analysis shows that the parameters of DDVA conforms to design requirements and the vibration of the piping shifts from pipe elbow to DDVA.The result of transient analysis shows that the vibration displacement of key points of piping is reduced by more than 15%.(4)The fabrication of DDVA is completed in accordance with piping of primary exit safety valve and the structure,effect and accessories of DDVA are introduced.The conclusions,obtained by experiment of DDVA show that the effect of DDVA consisting of NO.2 mass and NO.3 rubber bearing is more than 30%,and can be improved by highermass;and that the preload of coupling bolts will reduce the effect of DDVA.
