In this article,in view of the problems in the pumping units that the cycle of trouble-free operation and the whole life is short,utilization rate of load and system efficiency is low,the evaluation system is lacked,the system of pumping units performance testing standards was improved by analyzing structure principle and performance requirements.The new load test scheme based on AC electrical dynamometer and the design of loading platform construction scheme was put forward and completed.Purpose of the research is to establish perfect testing evaluation index system and methods of performance,energy consumption,improve the scientific and accuracy of pumping unit performance evaluation,and ascend the design,manufacture quality and the safety of the pumping unit.Provide technical methods for the evaluation and prediction of the optimization of the process design,the selection of the pumping unit and the evaluation of energy saving potential.By major in-service pumping units structure and the safety design principle analysis,the key nodes and technical indicators were determined of the pumping unit performance test.Through comparison and analysis with the current standard test system,the research identified the main bearing part security design based on the simulation of the indicator diagram and the whole machine test index and method of energy consumption,the pumping performance index system and method was improved.By calculating and analysis of suspension point load characteristics of the pumping units,and analysing the advantages and disadvantages of existing test methods,the AC electric dynamometer load plan was proposed that based on direct torque control.According to the laws of the pumping units suspension point load,completed the overall design and calculation of AC electrical dynamometer loading scheme.Developed a small AC electric dynamometer platform,and load method is validated through the experiment platform test and the feasibility of the energy feedback scheme.And the most deviation of indicator diagram was 3% between experiment platform loading and theory simulation figure fitting.The actual output level signals have good consistency with the theory of signal in the experiment of electrical dynamometer frequency converter test.Generator power feedback system runs stably with high energy feedback efficiency.
